I am based in Toronto. I ordered sharara which looks pretty and elegant in picture. And this is how my experience in steps. And I would never ever order anything from this make ever. In same price there is established brands which is worth buying then crap from this designer. It never arrived on time so I got to wear in morning wedding my old attire . Fitting was absolutely crap and top pleats not in the right place. Top and bottom fitting was crap. I could never imagine after paying $650 cdn $ this is what I will get plus duty and shipping and now extra $150$ for alterations. And shirt has a white embroidery printing mark . They are completely shit show if you dnt go buy yourself from this store. Forget it buying from here. There are many more amazing designers and after surenderi this the second designer turned out crap. Watch out who you want to pick Bcz pics can be deceiving

I ordered an outfit from this designer in March it was sent in May it was incorrect colour and wrong size clearly it was not custom made it was altered and sent upon contacting customer service was advised to send the outfit back and they will replace i don't live in india to send back I have to pay for shipping and to get replacement have to pay duties again for the replacement outfit , which they are not willing to bear they uunderstand they made mistake but I have to bear this cost I offered them few solutions that either give me partial credit and I will keep the outfit or send another inexpensive outfit as compensation they are not willing to offer anything. They want me to work with them on their terms for their mistake that is not acceptable.

I should have written this review long back when I got my engagement dress from you and the blouse was so ill fitted even after giving you thrice for alteration. Not even a single outfit of mine has faded colours the way your outfit has. I paid so much for the dress and within a span of 6 months the colour has faded. Please don't blame me or tell me time and again that it is due to moisture.The least I was expecting was some compensation (in terms of repair) from your side but for that too you are charging me way too much. I will recommend people to not buy any article from your store. My money has literally gone down the drain. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this brand and their people. They dont even deserve 0.5 star. they have no courtesy to even apologize. You and your staff are so well trained to fool your customers. Kudos to that.

I got a Pool Party dress from Suruchi Parakh Couture. It is an Indo western Saree and I absolutely loved it. The outfit looked lovely and everyone complimented me. The delivery got a little bit delayed though but the overall experience was great. Thanks!
