Wow! What an amazing experience we had, I had to head to US due to work emergency, Gave a call to few vendors to meet the shortest deadline, We came across swagat, Thank youu so much for the wonderful decor, your commitment, fulfilling our requirement in shortest deadline, I cannot forget your support my whole life... You people were a life saviour, And hats off to your team, who were there whole day and night to make this happen

We were in a very difficult situation while planning my brother’s reception. The earlier decorator we booked suddenly cancelled just a few days before the event. We were honestly panicking. Through a friend we contacted Swagat Events and they immediately stepped in and assured us they would handle everything. Despite the short notice, the stage decor, entrance and lighting looked amazing on the event day. Many guests even asked us which decorator we had booked. What impressed us was their commitment to make sure the function went smoothly despite the time constraint. Very grateful for their support.'...

Swagat Events did a fabulous job at my brother's reception on January 18th, 2026. The entire setup was flawless-right from the grand entrance to the beautifully designed main stage. The positioning of the lighting, chandeliers, ramp, and stage was absolutely perfect and added great elegance to the event. Everything looked well-planned, professional, and stunning. Highly recommended for event and decoration work

The Swagat Events team created an absolutely magical setup for my mehendi Mjr farmhouse Moinabad on 17 December 2025. The entire lawn was transformed beautifully with lanterns, candles, and chandeliers spread elegantly across the space and on every table. The ambience was so warm and perfectly curated that we hardly even needed extra lighting-the décor itself did the job. Everything was executed with great taste and precision. Extremely professional team and highly recommended for outdoor and garden events

Hello, we were quite stressed initially, but once everything was executed, we were really happy. From planning to execution, everything was handled smoothly. The floral décor was beautiful and everything was delivered exactly as planned and on time. All the suggestions and support from Sultan and Adnan helped us a lot throughout.
