My experience with Bhuvnesh agrawal ji is exceptional. I have booked decoration for my engagement function. Bhuvnesh ji and Rohit ji coordinated everything over phone call. On the day of my engagement, everyone got awestruck. Me and my guests loved the ring and flowers decoration. The best part is, swastik entertainment takes care of everything needed in a function like DJ, make artist, mehndi etc. Bhuvnesh ji also arranged makeup artist who did a fantastic job. I am planning to book for my marriage too. Bhuvnesh ji n Rohit ji waited for 1 hour to just meet me and ask if everything was fine. Staff is very polite. Keep up the good work.

We really thank Swastik Vinayak Entertainment & Production LLP for their excellent service in handling and managing the wedding end to end. They are a team of two that demonstrated outstanding teamwork in the overall coordination of the project. We appointed them to manage the Roka ceremony held in February this year. We were overwhelmed with their services and received an amazing response from the guests. For the wedding, we still explored more options. But in no time, we realized that we were wasting our time as they offer personalized service at the right price while considering the multitude of suggestions, we threw at them. About the work, the grid of lights on the grass displayed for Barat welcome was new for us and liked by everyone present, entailing the maximum photoshoot. The seating arrangement for the bride and the groom at Sangeet was different and picturesque. The banquet hall, on all the ceremonies, was lit up wonderfully coupled with a classic seating arrangement for the guests. The entrance was enthralling, and the corridor was embellished elegantly with a mix of lamps, flowers, and hanging lights. The most important thing i.e. the music was hand-picked to suit the event in play be it Mehndi, Haldi, etc... Lastly, the home decoration was fabulous – strings of pink, white laces with a complementing set of flowers adorned the walls. About them as a team, dealing and coordination were way easier which is typically difficult in most weddings. The best part is that they made terms clear at the inception of the project which helped in avoiding any conflict later. The team was humble and considerate of people's choices. They listened to every family member's desires patiently and aligned them to provide the best outcome. On request, they gifted the bride the Haldi backdrop. There was no plan to perform the Haldi ceremony but only for the bride's photoshoot, they had set up the theme. They also took care of the small things like arranging flowers for the bride and her mother for their hair bun. The entire show was pretty well managed by them. In these covid times it was very last minute that we started looking for a vendor to work with . It was just 7th of November and my sister's engagement was on 17 with Diwali in between.... after speaking with 5-6 vendors is I finalized working with Rohit giving us the best deal and understanding what I wanted. Once the task was given like he said it was his responsibility to get everything done. Which he did very seamlessly. Very greatful to him pulling a beautiful event. Just a bit concern was with the DJ/ Mixer we had who left the event very abruptly.... and did not play music very much in sync with the event. But rest of the things we perfect if I had to do the event again would surely choose working with Rohit again. Great entry of the venue, followed by beautiful photo booth then very pretty fairytale like stage and amazing outdoor ambience. Thank you for the great event.
