My sister got her bridal makeup done from her and these are her reviews. Highly unprofessional and disappointing services from a make-up artist for bridal on the most important day in a girl’s life. Started off with booking done from our side 4 months prior to the wedding date. No contact and consultation from MUA after multiple requests. Finally connected with me 5 days before the wedding where I was informed to reach the studio at 3pm when I was to be ready by 7pm. Received a call from the coordinator at 2pm on the day of the wedding to reach at 5pm instead of 3pm as the make-up artist was busy with another bridal (shocker 1). No professionalism, asked to get a headwash done myself as the artist was late (when it was already a part of the services they had to give - shocker 2), spoke rudely and asked to cancel the booking on being asked how can a bridal be done in 2 hours instead of 4 hours (shocker 3) Upon reaching the studio at 4:30pm, make up took 2 hours. The MUA left after the make up, leaving hairdo , draping and jewellery on the hairstylist with no assistance from anyone else. 3 and half hours down the process make up and hairdo is done. Hairstylist being unaware and no experience of draping took help from coordinator (MUA’s father) to help drape the dupattas and wear jewelleries (shocker 4) Full of drama and unnecessary stress to a bride. To fellow brides: Please be very careful of the services you get from your make-up artists as this kind of stress would be the last thing you would need on your special day.

Honestly, Never interacted with Swati herself or took any makeups from her but basis the experience with her team for a bridal makeup booking, writing this review ! I enquired about the prices and the date availability ! And here’s what I felt : 1. The prices are different for same makeups across different platforms. They cook up prices with their own mind every day ! And eventually say we have offered you the lowest prices after discounts ! Started from 45k came down to 25k. Same for party/bridesmaid makeup as well. Although, I would love to get discount on a service but so many inconsistencies only make you doubt the viability. 2. Every single time, different people answer phone calls which makes it very difficult to reach a conclusion as you have to share the some context over and over again to different people. 3.THEY DON’T TAKE FEEDBACK AND ARE RUDE. After sharing my experience on a WhatsApp message I receive a call from them again where its another person now talking and screaming saying you enquired for this and that ! And why am I complaining if the pricing are going down only ! Hilarious in my opinion ! Her tone and way of talking was so bad that I didn’t even bother to continue the conversation, so booking them was not an option !!! I spoke to so many MUAs, some very big in the industry too but I never experienced this level of attitude and misbehaviour with anyone ! People @swati verma studios need to learn respect and empathy specially if a bride-to-be is choosing them for her big day !! Its not a time to be spreading hate and bad thoughts in the world ! I do not mean to disregard Anyone but after a lot of criticism and after looking at my wedding pictures and comparing the engament pictures and the 78,000/- I have spent for my bridal makeup I should be writing a review. The very 1st thing about Swati’s was that i did not mind spending big bucks but atleast I should have recieved that kind of work and honest guidance from their end. Secondly the fat girl there who was doing my hair I asked her what hairdo would look good on me her reply was whatever u can carry will look good thirdly she broke my nose ring and 4th she sold me lenses 3500 and when I asked where are the lenscase she said that there are none so buy one on the way. Now the part where Swati was supposed to come at 12 she came 45 minutes late I drove all the way from greaternoida to Rajouri and yet I was 15 minutes early and she was not. I had all the eyemakeup in my eyes and couldn’t see a thing forget the makeup done and when I reached my hotel the amount of scolding and criticism and the shouting I got from my relatives and my parents just ruined my Dday they were all upset about the fact that I spent nearly 80k for this makeup drive fro greater kids to Rajouri was 2 hours late and the makeup and hair was a total flop. So all in all no one was bothere at Swati not even Swati herself or she would have told her hairstylist to rectify my hairdo secondly she would have taken care of the makeup not to leak it in my eye and lastly she wouldn’t have been late. So yes my money time energy and fuel all went down the drain and my D-Day was ruined

It's been 2 years since my wedding. I was so disappointed when I saw the wedding pictures and didn't feel like seeing those again until the lock down started as I have a lot of time to kill. And it brought back all the worst memories of wedding make up - Worst make up & hair for 50,000 rupees. What a joke !! Lack of personal touch, no in person consultation, not even a phone call. Sure we exchanged a few texts. Initially I had wanted to book her for all my wedding functions but thank God it didn't work out as she was booked. On the Day of my wedding my friends and family told me that my make up looked cakey and it was not even half good as mehndi and sangeet make up done by pooja sonik and Pooja Khurana (in the order) infact they asked me who it was so that they know not to refer to in the future. By the time I reached venue, I had creases under my eyes and my lip color had become invisible. Hair artist didn't do her job well either. She didn't have any ideas. She didn't know what will look good & what will not look good on my face. She was so terrible that she didn't even do my dupatta pleating properly. There were about 10 people in a small hotel room. Everyone was so distracted. It was a mess and I felt rushed. My photographers had a hard time taking pictures. And may be this is the norm on a popular wedding day, but I was just not prepared for this. I still curse myself for booking her.

Swati verma studio is the worst go to studio and worst nightmare for any bride. I had booked the senior artist AANCHAL VERMA for my engagment on 23 November 2019. While at the time of booking the team made several promises about how team would cordinate for the look. However the whole team is so inexperienced. The least that you expect from a makeup artist who charges you a bomb amounting to 35k per event is to show up on time. I clearly told her I need to be there at the event by 7 pm but she only reached at the studio at 6.30pm result of which I was late at the venue by 2 good hours. The scammer said the hairstyle will start the hairstyle and will give the whole look but i just cudnt decide which was worst - my hairstyle or my makeup. The makeup was horrible to say the least ... I had those makeup cracks all over my face after some time. She reached after 6 and then did all the makeup in so much haste that makeup was not even blended. Swati verma who claims to be owner of the studio, inspite of being there whole time, didnt even bother to attend me - may be because of her ego and attitude I dont know what. They dont have a personal touch with their client and dont even bother about you once you once have given the money. Atlst the girl should owe some responsibility to clients if she wants to run the studio at her name. I will not at all recommend any bride to pay such a hefty amount at this studio if one dont want to go things wrong for their function I hope there is an option of giving negative stars.

She is an excellent makeup artist who is dedicated towards her work and provides amazing looks which every bride must have dreamt of. She made my costumes worthy enough by her killing work. Looking forward again for more such looks.

She is just unprofessional. Having so much attitude. If a bride is spending so much they should answer for every query. Went to there center in Rajouri and team is just so untrained. They were delegating things to others. Not recommended.
