Our top priority, even more than photos of ourselves, was getting good photos with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus. He was our ring bearer, and he's a huge, goofy, 100-pound part of our family. We were so nervous he would be a total handful—overly excited, slobbering on my dress, or just looking the wrong way for every single shot. When we told the team at Tales by the Tides, they didn't seem stressed at all; they were genuinely excited. On the wedding day, they were the absolute best. We had a large wedding with 200+ guests and events happening in two different places, so we knew we needed a second shooter.
