I am writing this as a serious warning to all future brides and families: Do not spoil your once-in-a-lifetime day by hiring this photographer. My sister’s wedding was in 2024, and it is now 2026. We still have not received the wedding album. Beyond the technical delays, what is most hurtful is that they clearly do not care about the emotions of a wedding at all. To them, it’s just a transaction, but for us, these are memories we can never get back. It is heartbreaking to have our "one day" ruined by a team that treats our most precious moments with such ignorance and lack of respect. Working with them has been exhausting and incredibly stressful. They are extremely unprofessional and show zero initiative; we have been forced to constantly call and chase them for over 16 months. When we finally get a response, it is weak, absent-minded, and dismissive. They had even misplaced our video. A wedding is a milestone you cannot redo. This team has completely tarnished the experience for our family by holding our memories hostage and showing a total lack of empathy. Save yourself the heartbreak and the endless follow-ups. Do not book them

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND to go for this company. I had the WORST EXPERIENCE. I REGRET choosing them for the most important day of my life. These people have absolutely no idea about what they are doing. ABSOLUTE ZERO professionalism. It has been 1.5 YEARS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ALBUM YET. They don't even have photos of one part of the function. They've been hanging a carrot, telling us that they are looking for it. They did not click any photos of the bride and groom with the parents. During the pheras, they did not click any pictures of the guests. They left early. We received the deliverables months after the agreed time. The final album is yet to to be received. We continuously keep following up with them. They don't pick up calls and respond to texts. Even if you spoon feed as to what the changes are, they still don't get it. It was a huge task to get the hard drive of raw photos from them. Still it's a struggle to get the final album. No matter how much you request, plead or shout. They simply don't care. Please go for someone who would actually care about your day and will give you the service and results that you deserve.

Worst experience with tales and memories. I would honestly not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable wedding photography. Such special occasions deserve much better professionalism and commitment.

Very worst experience , after four months of wedding they have not provided Reels , photos , Videos Highlights etc while we have paid according to terms everything

We hired **Tales and Memories** for our wedding photography, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. It has now been **5 months since our wedding**, and we still have **not received our photos or final deliverables**. We have followed up multiple times through calls and messages, but the responses have either been vague or completely absent. Wedding photos are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and it’s frustrating to have to keep chasing a photography team just to get an update. The lack of communication and the long delay have caused a lot of unnecessary stress. At the time of booking, we were assured of professionalism and timely delivery, but that has clearly not been the case. If there are delays, the least a company can do is **communicate transparently and provide a clear timeline**. I would strongly advise future couples to **clarify delivery timelines in writing and ensure accountability** before booking. Based on our experience so far, the post-wedding service has been very poor.

It has been the most pathetic experience working with these guys. Our wedding was in November and since then it has been the most troubling process trying to get any pictures or videos from them. You can keep shouting, complaining but they won’t care. After more than 3 months i have still not received my wedding highlight and have no clue about when other deliverables are coming my way because they haven’t been giving us any concrete responses on timelines. The team is extremely unprofessional and you should definitely not go for them if you want to cherish moments from your wedding after. Even the wedding photos link they shared is super glitchy and most of our guests haven’t been able to see their photos - they promised us an app for this purpose but that never came. Apparently since November they have had some glitch that hasn’t been fixed till now. Really do not recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with tales n memories , they captured some so raw moments that we didnt even reliazed , amazing quality of their photos , they also communicated properly even on wedding day and properly after also . They also delivered photos , reels on time . Truely one of the best decision i took was to hire these people to shoot the most important day of my life and will definitely recommend them to all .

Extremely unprofessional and careless. He missed capturing our most important wedding moments — no getting-ready photos, no proper portraits, no family photos, and none of what was promised was delivered. There were no proper deliverables at all, and he showed zero seriousness or interest in the work. Wedding photos are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and ours were completely spoiled because of his inefficiency. Strongly advise everyone NOT to hire him unless you want to ruin your wedding memories.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Talesnmemories. They take 90 percent of the payment upfront and then vanish without delivering anything. You will be left calling, messaging, and following up endlessly for work that never arrives. This is not unprofessional behaviour, this is outright fraud. Talesnmemories are scammers who ruin special moments and leave clients stressed, frustrated, and cheated. Booking them is a mistake you will regret.

The team was friendly and cooperative, but it has already been three months since the wedding and we still haven’t received our pictures, which was disappointing.
