Tales n' Memories

A series of false promises and no deliverables. They were extremely prompt until the point they received payment. Once they received their payment they just straight up vanished. Every deadline is fake and is postponed with a fake excuse of death of a new family member. Unfortunately Tales and Memories are anything but professional and you will be left with bad tales and bad memories

I would highly recommend tales n memories, as they have made all the dreams of my wedding photos true😍. I would appreciate the efforts taken by the team in person. From the photographer to the editor the complete team put every effort to make it according to my taste and color tone. I really loved the experience i had with the team on ground and after the wedding. Would genuinely recommend♥️

Dear Tales n Memories, I would strongly urge you to reconsider the way you are running this business. For anyone considering booking them for wedding photography/videography, please be cautious. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication throughout the process was poor, the team was unavailable during important wedding functions, and after the wedding we were met only with repeated promises and no actual delivery. We were told that all reels would be delivered within two weeks. However, it has now been almost six months since our wedding, and we still have not received reels for all the events. Every follow-up has been one-sided, with little responsiveness or accountability from their side. Most disappointing of all is the feeling that they simply do not care about their clients once the booking is complete.

I'm a Cinematographer They called me for the shoot and got it done but it has been 8 months and till now they have neither taken data nor paid me, this is a fraud.

Being the bride’s sister, I was closely involved in all the planning and functions, so I got to see how the team worked throughout. They were extremely dedicated and never missed any important moment, whether it was emotional or fun. What I loved the most were the candid shots of our family — the laughter, the tears, the chaos — everything was captured so beautifully. They were also very patient and polite with everyone, which made the experience even better.

Recommended for:

One thing that really stood out for me was how comfortable they made me feel during all the shoots. Weddings can already feel overwhelming, but they kept everything very easygoing. Even during couple shots, nothing felt staged or awkward. They guided us just enough to get the right frames while still keeping it natural. The final pictures reflect exactly how those moments felt, and that means a lot to me.

I didn’t have to explain much to them because they seemed to understand my vision very naturally. I wanted something soft, elegant, and not too loud, and that’s exactly how the pictures and videos turned out. The lighting, the tones, everything was very thoughtfully done. They also gave me space to be myself, which made a big difference because nothing looks forced or artificial in the final output.

As a bride, I had a lot of expectations when it came to how my wedding would be captured, and I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. The team was very understanding of my preferences and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. They captured not just the outfits or decor, but the emotions — the nervousness, the happiness, the small moments with my family. Every picture feels very close to my heart and brings back memories instantly.

I am writing this as a serious warning to all future brides and families: Do not spoil your once-in-a-lifetime day by hiring this photographer. My sister’s wedding was in 2024, and it is now 2026. We still have not received the wedding album. Beyond the technical delays, what is most hurtful is that they clearly do not care about the emotions of a wedding at all. To them, it’s just a transaction, but for us, these are memories we can never get back. It is heartbreaking to have our "one day" ruined by a team that treats our most precious moments with such ignorance and lack of respect. Working with them has been exhausting and incredibly stressful. They are extremely unprofessional and show zero initiative; we have been forced to constantly call and chase them for over 16 months. When we finally get a response, it is weak, absent-minded, and dismissive. They had even misplaced our video. A wedding is a milestone you cannot redo. This team has completely tarnished the experience for our family by holding our memories hostage and showing a total lack of empathy. Save yourself the heartbreak and the endless follow-ups. Do not book them

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND to go for this company. I had the WORST EXPERIENCE. I REGRET choosing them for the most important day of my life. These people have absolutely no idea about what they are doing. ABSOLUTE ZERO professionalism. It has been 1.5 YEARS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ALBUM YET. They don't even have photos of one part of the function. They've been hanging a carrot, telling us that they are looking for it. They did not click any photos of the bride and groom with the parents. During the pheras, they did not click any pictures of the guests. They left early. We received the deliverables months after the agreed time. The final album is yet to to be received. We continuously keep following up with them. They don't pick up calls and respond to texts. Even if you spoon feed as to what the changes are, they still don't get it. It was a huge task to get the hard drive of raw photos from them. Still it's a struggle to get the final album. No matter how much you request, plead or shout. They simply don't care. Please go for someone who would actually care about your day and will give you the service and results that you deserve.
