Pathetic service at the Bandra, Mumbai store. The ring we liked was not according to the size, so we asked for the right sized ring to be made. 2 days before the ceremony, they delivered a poorly made ring, not according to specifications. 0 apologies, having the gall to say you got unlucky! they offered us a replacement ring for the ceremony, charged full amount for it, and then asked to return it later. Only after we returned the ring, did they started the process for a new ring, not refunding even the excess money we paid. Even the new ring (delivered late and after many follow ups) is not 100% upto the mark, but we no longer want to deal with Tanishq and the extremely rude staff here. The refund for the excess money paid is still pending, its been 10 days since the delivery and 40 days since we paid them extra. In all this, the staff has not apologised properly even once, and our experience has been terrible.

Really a worst experience on the gold harvesting scheme which I made with Tanishq at Krishnagiri location. When comparing other jewellery shops tanishq having a worst scheme and it's just like a shit and cheating the people. Staffs are pushing the people to join the scheme with the false details and cheating the people at completion of the scheme. I have joined in the Tanishq Golden Harvest scheme on July2021 and it's been completed on May2022. I have withdrawn the amount of Rs.50000 on next month from the completion on all installments. As discussed with the sales staff who has been allotted to me while purchasing I have withdrawn the amount of Rs 50000 and not withdrawn the amount of discount voucher of Rs 2388. They said that you can purchase for the voucher amount after 6 months from the installments completion date and they said only the voucher amount can be use without purchasing anything. 10th Oct 2022 the 6 months of waiting period got over. Now the people are saying as per the Tanishq policy we need to make a purchase with 50000 or more then only can redeem the cash voucher. Then what about the interest amount for my money for 10months.

Very bad Slow billing If u are going to do ring size small ,the final cost is increased magically..for increasing value they add weight though size is smaller than before...we have to sit there till 8 pm though our purchasing was over till 3 pm...simply they take a lot time in billing

We hosted our wedding functions here and we were very happy with it. It's a great venue to host small and large gatherings. The ambience was very nice.The venue was very clean and well maintained. The staff and management was really cordial and supportive. Absolutely loved the food and decor. Highly recommended.
