The A-Cube Project

I always knew that if I was ever doing a wedding, I wanted Ambika on board. A Cube was the very first team I reached out to and everything else followed from there. Ambika did what she does best and completely transformed the space into something I had never seen before. The entire team did a phenomenal job hands down the best part of our event. People haven’t stopped gushing, and it truly felt like something Bangalore hasn’t witnessed before. They went above and beyond in every possible way, delivering far more than I ever expected. What stood out just as much was their patience through every panic moment, every change, and all the chaos along the way. The grace, calm, and commitment the team showed throughout the process made all the difference. Forever grateful to A Cube for creating magic and memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Here’s what we wrote: Working with Ambika and the ACube team has been a creative journey. Conversations over dinner defined our vision to make the final version of the different events close to our hearts. ACube kept a strong eye for detail, whether it was in the names they chose for the shops on our Paris themed event or the inclusion of our favourite flowers and colors in the wedding palette. Through getting to know each other; hearing our stories and understanding our underlying emotion, they took two distinct worlds and brought them together, much like what our marriage represents. I once told Ambika, “You don’t just create magic… You are magic.” And I meant every word. Ambika’s vision, her creativity, her aesthetic sense, and her eye for detail is truly unlike anyone I’ve ever worked with. And coming from someone like me a complete perfectionist and low-key paranoid that says a lot. I usually need to be in control of every detail… and yet, for our Roka, I had no idea what the decor was going to look like until I walked in. That’s how much I trusted her. And when I did walk in, I was honestly in awe. She created a space that was more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. A Cube Project is truly phenomenal at what they do. They’re meticulous, imaginative, and they bring this effortless elegance to everything they touch. But more than that, they’re led by this absolute powerhouse of a woman - Ambika - who is the heart and soul of it all. She’s a true boss babe with a vision that’s beyond. A Cube Team is an absolute dream team! From the design vision to planning the details to delivering an absolutely breathtaking experience (not just decor!) - the team goes way above and beyond every ask and you really cannot ask for more. I’ve never met someone like Ambika who can come up with so many ideas (and all of them so good!) so quickly. Heena is an absolute star who is ever so responsive and has an answer to absolutely everything! And the design team, what can you say - it’s absolute magic, from moodboards to 3D layouts to have a complete look and feel of the day and consider the smallest of details to the final delivery on the day. A Cube have an incredibly structured process, making everything feel effortless. Every time we received a new deliverable (mood board, 2D, 3D, costings etc), we could not believe the amount of effort, research and creativity that had gone into it - everything was mind blowing. And time and time, when we came up with a curve ball, Ambika would move mountains to make it work - going above and beyond, and if needed, even picking up the slack from some other vendors if possible. All our guests were speechless at the decor - we have never seen people queue up for photos with wedding decor in the same way. And even we, who had seen all the designs on paper, could not believe how much better it even looked in real! But what makes it all truly special is not just their skill at delivering the absolute best work but genuinely touching people’s hearts with their design and creating relationships with their clients! A Cube were one of our best decisions in planning our wedding, and would love working with them again!!

I highly recommend A cube for anybody who is willing to create a larger than life wedding! Thank you so much for the absolutely beautiful ideation of our decor, especially the welcome lunch and bridgerton brunch decor was so unique and detailed with so much intricacy that I was wishing I had the time at my own wedding to go and see every little element and appreciate it ✨ Ambika, Heena and the whole A cube team is super creative and talented and knew how to make any concept I had in mind come to life better than I could’ve imagined.

I cannot express enough how amazing A-Cube are! If you are considering them for your wedding décor, don't think about it anymore, book them! From the beginning, their creativity, their eye for detail, their ability to think outside of the box was what made us book them as our decor team. We had a big Indian wedding in Jodhpur, across sand dunes and in a fort palace, so it wasn't the most straight forward wedding to plan for! My main concern was that I didn't want any of the events to seem the same despite re-using event spacing. A Cube completely understood this and made sure each event felt so different. A Cube put together moodboards and we worked together to make sure the events reflected our personalities and the venue. They took time to send us individual questionnaires so they could make sure there were personal touches for the both of us. All of our guests were STUNNED with the decor, we were also stunned with the decor despite being involved in the entire planning process! They are truly an incredibly talented team and one you should have as part of your wedding to ensure it's as spectacular as you imagine it! A big thank you to Ambika, Heena, Kashish, Janvi and everyone else on the team that worked on our wedding. I'm a bit of a perfectionist/OCD Bride (so a supplier's worst nightmare!) but they did everything to make sure I felt reassured and delivered my fairy tale wedding! You won't regret booking them!! xxxx

When we spoke to Ambika from A Cube about our ideas to her we could feel her creative juices flowing. A Cube took our vision beyond our imagination. Our events were surreal. Every event looked and smelled like heaven on earth. They created magic for us and our guests. The team was always professional and respectful. I had contacted one of the team members for advice on the decor for our marriage and responded back with our preferences and budget. I chose to contact the A cube team as I loved the portfolio and the creativity behind their work. Unfortunately we did not get a clear response with a follow up plan. I do not mean to demean the teams work, but a clear response with a follow up would have been appreciated, regardless of the outcome.

When it came to decor, it was just mind-blowing. It was an absolute highlight and to see what Ambika and the team at The A-Cube project managed to pull off in a month is just amazing. Every event was so tastefully done, I had complete faith in Ambika's ability to pull this off and she did not let me down. In addition to that, she was by my side throughout the wedding, making sure I had everything I needed, even did my make up at one point. She truly wore so many caps and tried to deal with everything gracefully. I am happy to have found a friend in her.Source

I would like to extend a giant virtual bear hug to all of A3 crew members for making my wedding into a fairytale fit for Disney. Everything was so well tailored to our needs that it felt so close to home at times that was so trying to us all. The pandemic affected all of us,some more than others,but to have a wedding of such grandeur that met with all necessary safety protocols was a privilege and blessing. After having the wedding postponed nearly thrice,Its safe to say it was as perfect as it could get. The entire A3 team became family to us within a short period of time, the services rendered were handcrafted with love and genuine care and effort. I especially want to mention the cocktail night where we had the most amount of fun! The team got along with everybody so warmly and chimed in to dance drink and celebrate this big day and for that I will be forever grateful ❤️Looking back in retrospect, it was a perfect ending to a vacation like wedding, heart and bellies full?
