The Blooms and Baskets

Worst experience i had till date and worst behaviour from the organiser. Firstly she has not delivered what she has shown us in the picture. When we ask about it, she is not willing to listen and take the calls. Such an professional.

Horrible service! No communication btw the operations team and Mounika. - The decorations were not delivered on time. - Promised to use orchids, roses and carnations but used some other flowers & fillers, and expected complete payment to be made. - Used different Color fairy lights on stage, when I specifically asked for the same Color! - Overall, very very unprofessional behaviour. They forgot to get spike busters for the lights, tapes to do the decorations and dint complete on time!! - biggest red flag - they messed the entire hall before the event and refuse to clean the area before the guests arrived.

Mounikaa is the kindest and sweetest - and everything a bespoke wedding planner should be. Her eye for detail gives her the ability to turn into much more than just a planner. It's like hiring a designer and planner all in one. I loved how personal it felt to work with her - it felt like I was planning the wedding with my sister... in a good way! Above all, wedding planning can be stressful at times, but her kindness makes the journey actually enjoyable
