We had the most disappointing experience with this photographer and their team. From start to finish, everything was a mess. The team was disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacked attention to detail. What was most upsetting is that they barely focused on the bride and groom — the very people the whole event was about! The quality of the photos was below average, with poor lighting, awkward angles, and missed moments that we’ll never get back. It felt like the team had no clear plan and were just randomly clicking pictures without any effort to capture the essence of the wedding. We trusted them with our most special day and they failed us completely. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. Please think twice before hiring this team – I wish we had.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DEEPAK STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY. Mr harshit and his team is full of fake commitments and it was my biggest mistake to book them for my sister's engagement. The Quality of work was poor, also it's been 3 months we have not got the full data. even photographs of 1 cameraman was not send and must have been lost by them. The 50% data we got was not even worth sharing to our relatives and friends. all in all worst experience with harshit and his team.

Worst team of unprofessional photographers. They ruined all my wedding photographs. Its so bad. I feel like crying while looking at the photos, they ruined my most important day. Moreover, you will have to beg them for the photographs but they don’t have time to even respond to you. I just hope that dipak studios improve their services as wedding is something that people cherish lifelong.

They took all money in advance. 11 months has gone since my marriage but no data receive from harshit. I reported them as a fraud and filed FIR in cyber crime branch. Don't take service from them.

The team captured all the memories of the wedding day perfectly from the start to the end. We loved each and every picture they delivered to us and that too on time.

It’s a blunder to chose Bhavuk’s team for your event. They spoiled the event by not showing up on time and they have clearly failed to give deliverables. Quality of photo and video that they show at the presentation is very different from what they deliver. Even after 9 months he has refused to give all deliverables and told “jo krna hai krlo ab nhi dunga”. Minus ratings to teams behaviour and quality.

Biggest mistake of choosing Dipak Studios for our wedding photography! Trust me you would want to do the same mistake as we did. The team is a bunch of unprofessionals especially Bhavuk is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk. 1. Doesn’t pick phone most of time. Lies everytime. Everytime you ask him about your photos, he’ll say photos are ready and you’ll get today only. And he has the audacity to take months for which he has given you day’s end deadline. Our wedding happened in Nov’22. And this is 9th months after the event and still many deliverables aren’t provided. 2. We literally had to beg him for our wedding albums. 3. The quality of work is below par. You’re not gonna get the same work as his Instagram. And when asked. He’ll tell you it’s the “budget” of the wedding. And yours is not a big one. 4. Even when we got our photos/videos/albums, we had to put so much efforts to bring them up to mark. Overall extremely frustrated and fed up of the team. Have given up hope of getting our wedding video, Instagram photos and photo frames. Putting this up on review so you don’t have to go through what we did. Ps : He has deleted tons of negative reviews from google.

Good experience with Dipak Studio Photography, Raunak captured the moments perfectly and the final video outcomes were good too.

Pathetic experience. It's been 2 years untill our marriage. No data received. Harshit and Shruti are the worst people to work with. Tool full payment and not picking up calls at the time of providing data. Have lost our whole data. Photos are also of poor quality. Highly unsatisfied with the services. If you don't want your wedding captures, book this shitty photographer. Fraud people using original dipak studio's name.

Pathetic customer experience. Even pathetic is a small word to describe the experience that one will get if you by any chance fall a trap to Dipak Studio Photography. We booked this unprofessional studio for the pre wedding and wedding functions. It's been almost 8 months and these guys are yet to deliver the material. After multiple follow ups over phone and studio visits, raw material was delivered in Feb, that too incomplete and we are yet to get the complete raw material. Needless to talk about the edited material, we have been calling them daily multiple times but no response at all. Everyone, be it Harshit, or Vaishali, or Shruti, all have that ability to make you go insane. Those who can't treat their customers well, I wouldn't hesitate to call them dumb asses. I think I am never going to get my shoot coverage from them but thought of sharing this feedback with you all to save you from this studio's unprofessionalism. I would recommend you to never ever book Dipak Studio. If you go with them, you will have memories for sure, the bitter ones.
