I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about our terrible experience with this wedding photography service. Our wedding day was meant to be the most memorable day of our lives, but unfortunately, the photographer and their team completely ruined that part for us. First and foremost, the quality of the photos was shockingly bad — poorly lit, badly framed, and many key moments were either missed or captured in the most unflattering way possible. Some of the most important rituals and family shots are either missing or blurred beyond repair. It’s heartbreaking to look back and see how carelessly our memories were handled. Even worse was the behavior of the photographer and his staff. They were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in their work. Instead of being supportive and professional, they acted like they were doing us a favor by being there. Several of our guests even commented on how unprofessional and arrogant they were throughout the day. At one point, they were even caught arguing among themselves during the ceremony. What was promised to us during the booking — creative photography, full coverage, and a cooperative team — was far from the reality. Communication after the wedding has also been a nightmare. They’ve been unresponsive and defensive when we raised concerns. Despite making the full payment in advance, I never received the complete wedding work that was promised to me. Shockingly, the owner himself refused to provide the final deliverables and even went as far as saying that he would not give me my wedding work at all. This is not only unprofessional—it’s unethical and borderline fraudulent. A wedding photographer is supposed to help you preserve beautiful memories, not ruin them. This is not just bad service — it’s emotionally damaging. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and this team handled ours like it meant nothing. I regret trusting them with such a special day. If you value your memories, please don’t make the same mistake I did. I regret hiring this team and strongly advise anyone looking for a photographer to steer clear of this unprofessional and careless service.

TRULY OUTSTANDING, would recommend Whole HEARTEDLY!!! Our pre wedding and Wedding were captured as the perfect fairytale by the most passionate, professional photographer. Truly impressive job!! From the pre wedding shots till the end of the wedding, they offered endless support, advices and guidance to get wonderful shots. For the bride with highest expectations, where nothing else but perfection would do. I wouldn't recommend anyone better to capture your special day as your pictures are your memories that will never fade and are the most important investment. Thank you Mr. Sarang Gogia!!
