Akash, Karthik and the whole team at the Events Mafia made my wedding dreams come true ❤️ From planning the events and big picture things to even the tiniest little details, they were so easy to work with! Every decor discussion, conversation with vendors, brain-storming session was handled with a lot of heart and maturity. Even small comments/edits I’d made in passing and forgotten, were made a note of and taken into account We had our mehendi and haldi at home and the sangeet, wedding and reception at a hotel - and every single event was flawless. The absolute beauty of the decor, the smooth flow of each event into the other, the great choice of vendors, are just some of the highlights of my big day(s) When I’d started planning my wedding, amongst everything else I had two big wishes: first, that all our events keep up the timings we’ve planned so our guests don’t have to be waiting around, and second, that my family actually enjoys my wedding rather than having to run around for every small thing. Akash and team made sure that both of these came true, and how! Anything - big or small - he was there. I only had to worry about my dance practise and not passing out on stage because the team handled the rest One of my relatives made a comment, “Everything that happened those 3 days looked like it was out of a Karan Johar movie”. As a crazy Bollywood girl, there is NOTHING better for me to hear than that, really All in all, 11/10 would recommend - they’re amazing

MY PERFECT DESTINATION WEDDING I am a little late in writing this review, our wedding was in November 2022 but I am posting the review now. Nonetheless, better late than never. We found The Events Mafia (TEM) on Wedmegood and after reading their reviews we decided on meeting them. They were the first team we met for our wedding and after meeting many more teams simultaneously, we decided to go ahead with TEM team as honestly there was a very good vibe we had with TEM. VENUE The most important thing for us in our wedding was our venue which we wanted near a water body, but as we had started searching in late July we were running out of venues by each passing day. November being a peak month, it was very tough to find the apt spot on a time crunch. I had lost hope and was ready to settle for a regular venue, but not the Mafia team. Kartik found us the perfect beach venue for us fitting within all our requirements i.e. 1) Our budget 2) Ease for guests 3) Waterbody 4) Available on required dates. PLANNING Through the months we had many meetings and discussions with the team and as it was a destination wedding a lot of planning had to be done. Aakash and Kartik were very fast in responding and addressing each of our concerns throughout. They were very easy to work with and always took our feedback positively. EXECUTION TEM team took care of everything from end to end. They deployed a team member a day in advance on the venue to oversee smooth running. From receiving each guest on time to seeing them off till the end Jeet took care of everything. As always happens in the Indian weddings there was a lot of chaos in ours as well but it did not affect any of the planning of the team. All on the spot issues were also taken care of then and there. Aakash was like a family member to us all the while. He added a few surprises for us too during the wedding. Me and my husband trusted the team blindly and it was totally worth it. Along with us, our families were also very happy with the whole planning. Couples wanting to have their dream wedding should definitely go with The Events Mafia Team.

Kartik and Akash , I need to absolutely thank both of you for making my wedding absolutely magical . I had multiple round of conversations with various event planners and was quite frustrated since most of them came with fairly standard ideas and were not able to comprehend what I needed . Having met the both of you assured me that things would be perfect . Attention to detail was there and each single item was exactly the way we had envisioned and absolutely on time without us needing to do any follow up ! Thanks once again for all the support you provided and helped us create picture perfect moments ! Our guests still cant stop talking about how beautiful all the decor was !!

Kartik and Akash did a fabulous job with my brother's wedding. Ours was a small budget wedding and they delivered an awesome experience. we were provided with ample options for decor, venue, makeup, photographer, entertainment, transportation. The best but for me was their Dhol team for barat. I did not expect such a performance in Bangalore. They were very helpful with last minute asks also alongwith the long term planning. They were involved as a family member from the time we started discussing how the wedding would be given the bride and groom stay out of India and were here on a very short visit to get married. Thank you so much.

You made my wedding day beautiful and now is my turn to tell the world, how awesome you guys are! Mine was a wedding during COID times, with my husband and my me sitting in different continents, trying to pull off our wedding within a very very short timeframe. And we did not even have a chance to think, what all do we actually need to think about and arrange. And that's where this awesome bunch came into picture. Ofcourse they are exceptional but i do want to tell you why they are different from everyone you are gonna meet. (And I speak this with conviction, cause we did meet quite a few before them!). 1. They always have the "Can-do"attitude, they go far and wide to MAKE things happen 2. They absolutely know what they are doing. They can guide you with even the smallest of details that you might not have remembered or considered 3. They are always there, even to a point of midnight's or before the crack of dawn 4. You might have a budget of 5 lakh or 50 lakh, but your service is not gonna be any less than the later, professional beyond expectations 5. They are wonderful people to start with, they work each wedding with such passion like it's their own family or friends. Not just as a paid service. Sum total, they are fabulous. Thank you guys. Wedding mafia are one of the best wedding planners that one can look out for.  Akash, Kartik, and the rest of the crew assisted us in planning all of the event over three days, with each day meticulously planned between haldi, mehandi, sangeet, wedding, and reception. One of the biggest strengths of the wedding mafia team is they are easy to talk to. The mantra with wedding mafia is ‘you ask for it and you will have it’. The mantap for wedding that they put together was exquisitely stunning along with setup for haldi, mehandi and sangeet. Their efforts resulted in a beautiful ambience, lovely decor and colorful stages. Not only were the decorations impressive, but so were the tiny details that helped to truly personalize the space. I would strongly advise them to anyone considering a wedding. People couldn't get enough of it and couldn't stop praising it.
