I had my wedding on December 2, 2022. For capturing the memories of this special day, I hired a service provider, likely a photographer or videographer, named Rahul (House of Memories). Rahul was responsible for delivering the wedding photos, videos, or other related data. Rahul committed to delivering the finalized data (photos, videos, etc.) within a six-month timeframe. In good faith, you made the full payment for his services, trusting that he would fulfill his commitment as promised. Despite the passage of more than 18 months since our wedding, I have not received the promised deliverables from Rahul. I have made multiple attempts to contact him through various channels (calls, messages, emails, or in-person visits), but Rahul has been unresponsive and unreachable. I am now concerned that Rahul has committed fraud, taking our payment without any intention of delivering the promised services. This has caused significant distress, as these memories are irreplaceable and the financial loss is considerable.

Team of House of memories have amazing skills and nice behaviour! We loved each and every photograph and video! Getting deliverables was very smooth and on time! Strongly recommended! Great work!

We had a great experience with Rahul!! From the beginning, we were very much welcomed and he made sure to check with us about what kind of shots we are looking for at our wedding.
