My experience has been a nightmare with this so called "professional"photography house. Trusting them for my lifetime memories was biggest mistake. Dec'16 was my wedding date and till now we have not received albums and other work, after paying the whole amount. We have waited patiently and given enough time and chances for completion of project but all False commitments. Multiple email follow ups and calls, in person meetings i have tried everything but till date after one year of marriage Albums are still pending, Video is incomplete and top of that there is no responsibility taken from IMERA. There are plenty of experienced photography house who can do better work! Who works Professionally. A BIG NO.
