Pathetic, and unsatisfactory service. Employees are rude and do not care about the customers or their requirements or have any professional attitude. Work done in a very reluctant manner. Triple charges per service as compared to Bangalore and it is 100% Money wastage as well!!!

Very worst experience even they don’t know how to apply eyelashes. highly unprofessional ,,,charges are very high very unprofessional behaviour nobody listen to you over there totally wasted of money & time. they charged for eyelashes separately 500 rs but they don’t know how to apply & lashes quality is third class,, senior makeup artist is very unprofessional they spoiled my special day due to this lashes.recommended to others so plz don’t waste your time & money i will never ever go there.

Manju maam is awesome!! I booked her for Bridal makeup and she did a phenomenal job!. I absolutely loved her work! She made me look stunning for my wedding day! She made sure to listen all my request and implemented those to give me mine final looks! She was professional and kind and even her other companion were great! Anyone that books her is in good hands! ?

mrs manju is very nice... but the management and staff is worst ... they only believe in doing business and not in providing adequate service... the staff with the Bob cut is not at all trustworthy... she doesn't give receipt at the moment... and blames the customer for the difference amount afterwards... she did gambling.... and spoiled the 5 years of relationship I share with the salon... I recommend to clear all the balance and all the advance with proper date and asssurance.. I for sure will never go there.. and even I am going to call up my friends who go there and suggest them to change the salon...

Hello everyone, Please do not buy their products, their products are "FAKE" I would like to share my experience with you guys. I got a hair treatment from them (Keratin hair treatment) and i purchased hair products ( L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Sulfate free Shampoo & Masque) from their salon, as suggested by them. After few month when my products got finished I repurchased them from some-other place and their was huge difference in both the product which i purchased from them and which i purchased later. After identifying the difference I wanted to know which product is fake. So the contacted the L'Oreal Professionnel Team and they told the the basic difference between the original and fake product is there consistency. The original product will have thick consistency and the fake will have very thin consistency. So the hair masque which i bought from them was a FAKE PRODUCT as it was of thin consistency. Please do not buy products from them as they sell fake product and if you will use fake product you will face the consequence of that ( Like hair damage, hair fall etc.).

I wish I could give them a rating in negative. Such a pathetic management nobody will listen to you over there. They have a poor client handling team. They caused so much of trouble and stress to me even when I already booked an advance appointment with them still I had to run here and there to get my makeup and hair done. Total waste of time and money. No priority given to the bridal hairdo and attire setup.
