Being from the industry, i can first hand say its not the easiest to find verified photographers who are good at their job and not a pain. It has been smooth sail since the first day we met. It was my sister’s wedding but the onus was obviously on me to book. Met them and we closed it in 2 days. Our albums are delivered. And the coffee table book and wed magazine are to rave about specially what they have written also i never thought what they are asking us to say on camera would come written in the magazine. It was like someone thought of an article. I am mostly thankful for their thoughfullness.

Hiring Knotty Teller was the biggest mistake I made during my wedding. It turned out to be a horrible and exhausting experience—the kind of nightmare no bride/groom should ever have to go through. If you're considering them, PLEASE read the negative reviews carefully—they are 1000% accurate. I truly wish I had. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. At the time of booking, they were extremely sweet, made big promises about high-quality work, and presented themselves as a top-tier team. That illusion completely fell apart once the events began. - For my 2-day wedding functions, their photographer overslept and completely missed one of the major events. Zero sense of responsibility or professionalism. - During the events he did show up for, there was no interest, no initiative, and zero effort to capture moments meaningfully. - The entire sangeet dance and tilak videos from Day 1 were deleted!! — without any explanation. Irreplaceable memories just gone. - The final videos were of extremely poor quality—some were not even HD. The quality difference is very obvious and disappointing. - Despite constant follow-ups, nothing was delivered on time—photos, videos, reels, everything was delayed endlessly. - The reception videos were shaky, poorly shot, and looked like the work of a beginner videographer. - The album quality is pathetic—they printed half album using low-resolution images, which ruined the final look. - The team was rude and unprofessional, especially once they got most of the payment (which they insisted on taking in advance). - Absolutely no customer service, no accountability, and worst of all—they never once checked in when I stopped chasing them. Just busy spoiling more weddings, I guess. - For every suggestion/improvement, there was always a counter argument from their lead, trying to cover up their mistakes and poor work quality. In the end, I had to give up and get everything redone myself. It was a mentally draining and heartbreaking experience. Avoid Knotty Teller at all costs!! Cheap work, zero professionalism, and an utter disregard for the once-in-a-lifetime memories they are supposed to capture. PLEASE PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS before deciding.

When we hired them, they were the best amongst the options we were exploring in our budget and little did we know that this decision will be the best decision we will make. They made us all feel soo comfortable and captured some amazing shots that we will hold on soo dearly all our lives making our special day even more special. Special credits to Krishna Ji for smooth coordination and Ramesh Ji who not only delivered great work, but also made everyone feel soo comfortable while capturing the moments.

Despite more than 100 follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails, the response was either delayed, vague, or nonexistent. Absolutely sure most positive reviews are fake. Please read the negative ones because those are the real experiences, exactly what happened with us. Hiring them was the worst decision we have ever made and there’s no way to reverse it now, all my wedding memories are ruined and I can’t ever look at any photo or video without getting reminded of the bad quality and the traumatic experience of dealing with them. Your videos will be BLURRY, without external lights (on functions before the wedding, they used the light that comes along with camera, the video is dark) and you will never ever receive a properly made wedding video. I’m writing this after 7 months of my wedding, and trust me, you don’t wanna make the mistake I did. Yes, the photos you’ll see in their portfolio will be enticing but STAY AWAY. They are NOT PROFESSIONALS. Ultimately, after almost 7 months, we had to hire somebody else, paying extra money to get our wedding video made (but the video can’t be good cause the raw videos itself goes blurry every other frame, absolutely no focus). There’s nothing I can do now, the wedding is over, a lifetime of memories are gone. There are so many other photographers, please choose someone with a proven track record. I ignored bad reviews (yes, I am dumb, Krishna will try to “assure” you before you hire them). They will promise you LOTS of things, and might even deliver after months of follow up, but the quality is shitty. Any other photographer team you hire will be better than them. Trust me. Pls remember it’s easy to fake reviews (that’s what positive reviews are here).

It seemed very strange that when you book this vendor they make you feel very special and explain all the process that goes into the making the event memorable but as soon as the function ends they don’t meet the deadline and take all the time in the world to deliver the end product.Booked them for our engagement and took eternity to deliver our pictures and when the time came didn’t put an effort to make the album right..didn’t even put the right pictures in the album.So unprofessional on their behalf. Won’t recommend them to anyone

Our wedding date was 27th June and till today (Feb2024) we have received a dump data, 1/3 of traditional videos and a trailer. The album is yet to be received. The correction needed in trailer are still not done and we have almost followed 50 times. Worse is, they upload videos on temporary link which gets removed in 7 days if you don’t download and then the process of following up starts again. Painful and disappointing experience.

* Poor quality of work. * Poor communication. * Lack of collaboration. * Lack of initiative. * Failure to meet deadlines. * Not following processes.

We had an amazing experience with krishna and team. Booked them 4 days before our engagement and we were scared like anything about the data but i loved how well timed and managed everything was from raw pics to the edited ones. We are very thankful and will definitely see you guys very soon. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful bunch of guys. Me and my kids had a great experience. I took the liberty of booking them for my sons wedding who is based in Australia. They didn't disappoint us and i am very glad my daughter in law who is an Australian went back with a great impression of how professional the vendors are here.

what a great team you guys have. and what an experience you make it into. the way the group shots were done i have never seen anything like that. the way they turned out. i have seen photographers do great portraits and make great films but they way you bring family and friends into it. Amazing.

These people are group of cheaters making people fool and not delivering photos on time and after payment they will stop picking your call. Please please don't go for this. Else u will feel bad after your occasion. yet not delivered till 1st Nov 2023

Loved how they take every effort to ensure a personalised output. we couldn't give an interview so they used an audio from the background which touched us emotionally. also, they are filming at times you think they are not! so there will be a lot of BTS content but its fun to watch such raw clips and candid moments. they are very non-commercial artsy set of boys who love their style of work. it clicked with us and it will click with anyone who is looking for a different take on weddings.

Experience during booking was great Krishna was prompt in responding to queries and was at the location with his team on time. The raw photos were delivered on time, there were some great shots however consensus from our families was that on average the photos were ok ok which is expected. Not all 1500+ photos of awkward people can be great. However we are not at all happy with the delivery of the other stuff like the videos and the album and now responses are also painfully slow. Krishna and team, I have nothing against you and am willing increase my review rating as well. But I hope you take this as a prompt to deliver the rest of our agreed deliverables.

Lovely experience with the team and specially Krishna. The process is what we loved the most. It's so easy to brief things to the team in detail. They sit and talk to u for long in order to understand and customise your wedding for u. It seemed like a long process then but when the output came to understood what they and why they did it. If u r looking for a creative film they are the team for u. Being architects we got the creative best. They told us they are the best at the price they ask. I can vouch for that. My sister has already booked them for a corporate shoot and her upcoming wedding 2 years down the line ?. Just love u guys. And i r family now!

Very bad experience and pathetic photography. They will hire some local photographers and send them during the event, who have no idea about latest photography. I have not received any deliveries or videos even after more than a year of my wedding. All the nice reviews are fake. They don’t have a proper team or office. They just fool around and would show rosy pictures in the beginning but you’ll end up regretting like me. I would highly recommend to not go ahead with them.

My brother had booked Krishna's team for his wedding and pre wedding. They are very on point with their work. I have not seen many photographers come as prerpared as they do. Having said that they are quite spontaneous too. They are amazing for the money they ask.

we hired the team for pre wedding and wedding shoot. the pre wedding experience was just amazing. shot after shot there was something more creative. loved it. our final video was a big surprise to everyone because we are not actors but they shot a film using mostly our candid shots using both the songs we suggested them beforehand. very hard working team. our wedding specially the interviews and films they created were out of the world. they have covered 4 weddings in our family already since then. that speaks volumes!
