The Quirky Naari

This is a fraudulent company. My order took 4 weeks to arrive, and they sent the wrong size shoes. Since then, there has been zero response—emails, WhatsApp, and calls to their listed number (9319391616) all go unanswered, and the phone is always switched off. No replacement, no refund—just complete silence. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased shoes on Quirkynaari from their website and when it arrived, the size was not as per size chart and the quality was very substandard. I have been trying repeatedly to get my refund. The WhatsApp support team is useless and the email support team hardly ever responds. Now they have picked up the product and I have no shoes and no money. They are forcing me to take store credit or size exchange. I don't want to buy anything anymore from this company. And this is nearly like a scam. If a customer doesn't want any of your products and wants their money back, you cannot withhold it.

The most horrible experience I have had till date. I ordered for a larger size of sneakers from (42) from quirky naari, thinking it would be a comfortable fit since my shoe size is 41. I don’t live in India , came for my vacations , and now I am going back on the 5th of September. I continuously asked them to please refund the money, but they argued that they will add it as a credit and I can buy some other stuff from the store, but I don’t want anything now since I am extremely unhappy with the product and their attitude towards solving this issue. I have continuously asked them to refund the money back in my bank account. They have not done it till date! Horrible service and horrible products!

The shoes are big disappointment… Firstly you will receive shoes after 1.5 months then you will be surprised to see cheap printed shoes instead of painted one.. Its a scam.. They are making fool of customers .. And I dont know how the owner - Malvi S is running this business and fooling customers by posting positive reviews.. Its a fraud .. Ms Vinita singh is supporting this fraud

Don’t buy please. Pathetic customer service. They will take your money but won’t send the product. Specially girl name Monica she will cut the call on you face and will not even pick up next time. They won’t reply you on whatsapp. Please please don’t purchase from them. They are online thieves.

I ordered shoes as per their size guide. It was way too small. I requested return . They arranged for the return in a week.Later They made wait for 1.5 months saying return not received. On They confirming that they have received refund and amount will refunded in 3 to 5 business days,I waited for 2 weeks for the refund. Their customer care no is not reachable. They are not reverting to my mails. Amazon should not keep such products. NOT RECOMMEMDED..THEY ARE FAKE AMD SHAM

The worst experience.. they completely do fraud and make money .. I won’t suggest anyone to buy anything from them .. I ordered a tshirt .. stuff was pathetic, I asked for a return and they said they don’t have return policy . Their website was not working . If it was working I would have canceled the order and didn’t pay on the spot.. now they are not returning my money . This is completely a fraud ..

Quirky naari has got to have the WORST customer service in the online shopping space. No responses, dead silences, completely incompetent handling of queries and complaints. Shockingly BAD. The founders should be red-faced with embarrassment. After a harrowing few weeks I may see light at the end of this horrendous dark tunnel. Once I get my exchange then God! Never again. Somebody please revoke their business license. SHAME.
