We used their service for the first bday of our baby. Nikisha and Nitin understood the requirements and didn’t force his opinions or ideas on us, he and her staff went out of their way to make the decor 80-90% close to what we had in mind, in fact , they did it better than what we had in mind. The return gifts decor was also super adorable. On the night prior to the event we felt some of the elements were not correct, in that case the decor team was very very polite and understanding and made all the changes without a single complaint! They made our day!
