First off, he is such a sweet guy who understands that it's an important moment in someone's life, and not just another business transaction. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted, and never said no to any request. He told me right in the beginning that he'll keep adding more stuff as and when he gets ideas, and he actually came through. I walked into my sangeet and saw stuff we hadn't even budgeted for! I'd give him 6 stars if Google had an option.
