We had around 170 guests from different parts travelling to Hyderabad for my engagement. I had hired The Show for guest hospitality but they had gone above and beyond their roles to ensure everything went by smoothly for my family and our guests. They made sure that each and every guest is well looked after. They guided me through what I will be needing for my events from stationery collateral, transportation, performers, bar tenders, in room hampers to every small detail that would make my guests feel special. Their team is exceptional experienced and are extremely efficient. It has been a month since I got engaged and I've had guests come up to me and specifically mention to me about how great The Show and their team was. We had our wedding in the month of Feb in Hyderabad and we being from Mumbai had no idea about the city and how we were going to manage our 600 odd guests.. But then we met Amruth and Ashish from "The Show" and they sorted our guest management in a very organised and professional manner yet giving us a very family like feeling. We are extremely thankful to "The Show" for giving us such a hassle free wedding. Right from planning out the entire strategy, explaining us how they are going to manage the guests, to choosing food hampers for our guests, setting up time lines and keeping us informed about the progress at every step! They took care of everything ! Their hardwork was visible. Every team member was working day and night. Amruth, Ashish and the entire team handled everything with utmost patience. ‘The Show’ – When I first heard this name, I was like wow! – the name says it all! It was my brother’s wedding and after looking at many vendors, we finally met this duo i.e. Ashish & Amruth who could actually understand our ideas and practically visualize them in a way which eventually turned out to be a magical affair. They executed our thoughts in a very budget friendly manner which helped us balance a lot of aspects in the same frame. Me and my family were asked to directly walk-in half an hour prior to the event and we couldn’t manage to reach before that anyway. To our surprise, everything was spick & span and all we had to do was to align ourselves as the hosts for the evening. We really look forward to work with them again and make many more memories for a lifetime.
