I couldn't be happier with my experience with The Shutter Perfection! From the very beginning, they were professional, patient and amiable. Everyone especially Gautam really took the time to understand my vision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I had hired TSP to cover my reception event.Although the photos turned out good I am a little disappointed with the overall experience. Pros 1) Individual and couple photos came out to be great 2)Friendly team Cons 1) No proper communication on what all will be covered. In the middle of the event I was asked to indicate which guests are important enough to be taken photos with on the stage.It was a surprise as there are hardly any rituals to cover in a reception so the basic ask is to cover all the guests. I was also told in the middle that the team will not cover the banquet area. There were food arrangements in the open area and that wasn’t covered as well. This was pretty disappointing as a lot of effort and money goes into organising and in the end there are no photos of these moments. 2) The family photos on the stage were not up to the mark. On communicating this as a feedback later on,I was told that the venue had lighting issues. None of these were highlighted to me during the event. The team had also worked in the same venue for previous shoots so they should have been aware of the lighting. 3)Too many repetition of photos- I had a tough time selecting pics to be printed in the album as there was not much variety in the photos. There were many moments and guests which the team could have covered. 4) Photo/video posts on social media- Initially i was kept as a collaborator on the posts being made on Instagram. I was not ok with one of the pics being the cover pic in one such post and had immediately asked the team to either remove it or keep it at the end of the series. They did not listen to it and refused to remove it citing that it has already been posted (it had barely been a few minutes and I feel the changes could have easily been made) Almost 6 months after the event I came to know through my relative that our reception video was posted by a photographer in the team on his private profile and i wasn’t tagged in that. I was uncomfortable with a few shots in the video and had again asked him to kindly remove it. He clearly refused and finally it was taken down after a lot of asking! 5) Album- The final album that was delivered had my husband’s name spelt wrongly. Although I should have properly checked the spelling of names to be printed on the final album( the font was too small for me to check on my phone), however nobody expects a professional team to make such an error in the first place. The photos turned out good but now i am left with an album having my husband’s wrong spelling and missing photos of key people and moments. I hope the team improves the communication which is the most crucial aspect in such assignments.

It was overall a good service, though the photographers were friendly and few of the events were covered nicely but overall I was quite disappointed in few aspects. There were several issues that affected the overall quality and experience: 1. Photo Coverage: We invested a lot of time and money on venue decoration and the party was all about guests but there were hardly any photos in the whole coverage. 2. Repeatedness: I understand the event is all about the couple but clicking tons of photos just covering the marriage ritual is not expected. 3. Missed Key Moments: Several important moments were either missed or poorly captured. For example, the gifts were handcrafted and we invested a huge time decorating them. Due to delay on photographer's arrival there were no pictures taken. 4. Poor Communication: The photographer team didn’t communicate well during the event, which led to confusion about which guests are to be prioritized and when should families are together for a picture. This created awkward moments that could have been avoided with better guidance. 5. Post-Processing: Huge delay in delivery of photographs and Videos which is quiet common with these projects. It almost took 8 months to complete the process which again makes the whole of scenario uninteresting and old. On a brighter note the Photography was great and the quality of photgraphy is top notch. There were no doubts I hired a professional who can handle cameras. The output was stunning but I hardly had pictures of my relatives and close friends. Thank you again for your efforts. It has been a wonderful experience with The Shutter Perfection. I would recommend everyone to have them as wedding photographer. I came to know about The Shutter Perfection from one of my friends and I am obliged that both my husband and I took the decision to appoint TSP for our wedding photography (both bride & groom side). I was pretty comfortable working with them as they made it easy by their warm behavior and friendliness. Additionally, they are very punctual and sincere in terms of attending the respective venues during all the events as well as their services. And, special thanks to Gautam Das for guiding me at each and every little concern or query I had related to the look and feel, the attire and every minute information for each wedding event.

Though we were running short on time, jovial and friendly Gautam da and dedicated Monty da made every effort and helped us overcome our camera shyness and bring out the best of our chemistry for our pre-wedding shoot...The results were awesome and on point.
