We hired this team for our wedding décor, and while the overall setup was decent, our experience was disappointing given the high pricing and unmet promises. We were charged 15% coordination fees for the main event with the assurance that the team would be present throughout. However, they were not there for the entire event. Basic responsibilities such as housekeeping, moving the cake table, and adjusting candle stands were handled by our family members, which caused unnecessary confusion on stage. For the smaller event, a 10% coordination fee was charged, yet the team left before the event even began. When we raised concerns, we were told that the coordination charges were for handling vendors. This was frustrating because all other vendors were selected and coordinated by us; their responsibility was limited to décor-related coordination. We were also charged ₹5,000 for a “guest note” setup, which was described as a guest book with postcards. What was actually provided was a simple notebook and sticky notes, which did not match what was promised or justify the cost. Another ongoing issue was communication and follow-through. If we requested any specific item or detail, it was often forgotten, and we had to keep reminding them repeatedly. This added unnecessary stress and should not be the client’s responsibility. Overall, while the décor itself was acceptable, the service did not reflect the premium pricing. Unfortunately, we did not receive what was promised, and the lack of coordination and accountability affected our experience
