It has been two years since our wedding, and this company still hasn’t given us our albums. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. We trusted them with our special memories, and they failed to deliver. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of responsibility.

Do NOT book. Our experience has been a complete nightmare. We paid him the full amount in advance for an important event, and he promised to deliver the photos within 3 months. It’s been far beyond that, and we have received absolutely nothing. He has completely ghosted us—no calls, no messages, no responses whatsoever. This is not just unprofessional, it’s a clear case of fraud and breach of trust. We are now pursuing legal action and filing a formal complaint. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. He cannot be trusted.

Highly not recommend vivido, deepak nadh, the owner ghosted us on our deliverables for our wedding event, no office in Hyderabad, very unreliable, they just deliberately not respond to you. They collect the whole payment before hand, which is a lot.

PSA. Stay away from these guys. Do not trust the owner Deepak Nath. He lives in Germany and doesn't care. It's been almost a year since our wedding and we still haven't received all our deliverables even though he mentioned in the contract that he'd close out everything within 6 months after the wedding. He collected the full payment before the wedding. He put in bare minimum effort on every single deliverable and each one of them was delayed by 2 months at least. When we tried to follow up, he disappeared on us and hasn't responded since May. We've been following up with their local team who are helpless unless Deepak delivers the work himself. Everyone who works for him is essentially a freelancer who is helpless unless he works with them. At this point, we're planning to file a case with the police and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Vivido doesn't have any presence in India. No email address. They closed down their office in Hyderabad last month. So I fail to understand how this business even went unchecked till now.

I am extremely disappointed with The Vivido. We hired them for our wedding, and it has been over six months since the event, yet we still haven't received our photos. They promised to deliver them within 6-8 weeks, but we've received nothing but excuses. I do not recommend The Vivido to anyone. Our wedding day memories are still missing, and the experience has been very upsetting. Find a photographer who is reliable and professional—this one is not worth the trouble.
