I had hired TWD for my pre wedding, wedding and reception- the experience in one word has been PATHETIC. The video and photography for the pre wedding and reception were good, but during my wedding, the lead candid photographer arrived 2 hours late during our first event. She didn’t know who we were or what we expected at all- we let all that go; however, later, the post wedding experience was worse, Vaibhav (apparently, the proprietor) was being at his unprofessional best, no pictures, no videos for about 3 months. After 2 months, he asked us to pick the pictures that we want edited out of 800GB worth of data. The videographer Burhan has been wonderful and helped us with everything. Anyway, the entire experience was, as I said, pathetic. Any bride who wants to be relaxed and not be stressed about pictures or videos- DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.
