Kavneet and her whole team were just fabulous during the whole process from the start till the end. We had only visited Kavneet twice, once for the venue finalisation and once a few months before the wedding to decide on the decoration and the flow of events. She was so well coordinated with all of us, keeping in mind that we all were in different countries. She used to always reply to to my concerns and messages immediately. The wedding was just so well planned that it all just went by so quickly that now it feels like a dream. I wish I could re live those moments again. The execution of the wedding events was also very smooth, all the guests were well taken care of which is very important in weddings, the whole team were always on their feet moving fast, making sure everything goes as planned. They took into consideration every small details that we had asked for and delivered the best dream wedding. I would really like to thank and appreciate the whole team. I miss them as well. We had our wedding in February’23 at an island resort which had never had an Indian Wedding or buyout wedding or even an indoor space, i would only take this risk with Kavneet. Hundreds of hours of call and video calls and not once did this lady shy away from work, regardless of the time of the day. We wanted the wedding to truly reflect our style and taste and Kavneet is very fluid with client ideas. She would redirect us if we were impractical sometime and would be very excited for our ideas. As a Srilankan Tamil from the UK, the idea of a destination wedding, especially that in Thailand sounded like nothing but impossible! I contacted Kavneet over a year ago and I knew from the first call that we were in safe hands. This was the first Srilankan Tamil Wedding TWG have done but both Kavneet & Ritika were so attentive and asked plenty of questions e.g the exact items needed for the special poojas we do, that it didn’t feel like it was! I would contact Kavneet & Ritika at ridiculous times and they would always be on the other side replying to my concerns and queries. It was always easy speaking to them and every conversation we had always left me feeling positive and at ease. We would have conversation from as minimal as the sizes of the havan kund available to the table formatting of our tradition tamil wedding lunch. Every minute detail was covered by Kavneet & Ritika and even items I didn’t think about or consider, they would bring to my attention to discuss. An example of how attentive Kavneet was, is that I was getting ready for a preshoot and I realised I had a team of makeup artists arrive at the airport with no pick up from the airport or no rooms to stay in for the night (yes, that was my fault.. I was a forgetful bride oops!) I gave Kavneet one call & within 3 minutes she messages me saying ‘all take care of Abi’. This is how easy she made it for me, I was stressing out on my makeup chair thinking how am I going to find a room last minute etc for these vendors (it was April half term holidays and all hotels were fully booked) and within minutes Kavneet had fixed my issue. This is a clear example of how amazing Kavneet is!!! Everyone in the UK asks me how I managed to pull off a dream destination wedding and the honest truth is.. I had an Iron Lady by my side, Kavneet. I would speak to Kavneet and tell her how worried/nervous I was about how it’ll work out and she always had a positive outlook which radiated onto me. Both Kavneet & Ritika constantly reminded me to enjoy every moment of the wedding events and that they have everything under control. Kavneet has a good team by her side but both Kavneet & Ritika were the two that drove my events to success. To me they weren’t just wedding planners, they were my sisters, by my side making sure everything ran smoothly and always addressed and resolved the issues before it even got to my ears. This is not just a review, this is a thank you note to the best wedding planners out there. Kavneet & Ritika have a special place in my heart and I want to thank you both ever so deeply for everything you have done for us, especially dealing with my bridezilla moment the day of the wedding haha! We appreciate everything you did. You gave me my dream wedding which was mesmerising, unforgettable and Nag & I as well as our guests will remember this wedding till the end ♥️♥️♥️ I cannot recommend these vendors enough!!!

From the first call I had with Kavneet, I knew she was going to be the one to plan the biggest event of my life. She was so bubbly, had tons of great ideas and we built a good friendship over the last 18 months. My parents grew to love her like their own daughter too. I was naturally nervous at the thought of planning a destination wedding in Thailand all the way from the UK, but I knew we were in safe hands. I’ll always remember Kavneet’s words…”nothing is impossible!” She recommended the beautiful Palayana in Hua Hin for our wedding, and it was the perfect venue for our festivities. Our guests loved it! When we shortlisted “The Wedding Galore” TWG, for our daughters after party in Thailand, we were apprehensive at first. But after talking to Anita we were sure we had chosen the right event planner. Right from the beginning she told us that she herself had daughters the same age and assured us that she would take full responsibility. Everything from the invitation to the RSVP was handled very professionally. The vendors recommended by TWG were way beyond our expectations. The decor was very creative and tweaked to suit our taste. They also helped us curate a fabulous menu. The food at the hotel, The Slate, was exceptionally good. Along with their impeccable hospitality and service. The DJ, photographer and mixologist did not fail to amaze us with their professionalism, their attention to detail and their willingness to accept our suggestions. The icing on the cake was the boat party. Everything from the food, to the service and the selection of drinks was way beyond our expectation. All our guests also had good things to say about TWG. We would highly recommend Anita and Kavneet from TWG for any of your wedding or after party events in Thailand.

What can I even say?! Kavneet and Anita helped achieve our dream wedding. They worked so hard with us for a whole year day in day out and we really felt like family by the end of it. All with a 7 hour time difference! Their passion in what they do really shines through. They showed enthusiasm as if it was their first wedding with the experience of their hundredth. They have great connections with some awesome vendors that our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without. Our guests told us many times how polite, hardworking and competent our planning team had been in their dealings with them as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any couple. I have no words to describe how efficiently both Kavneet and sister Anita organised more than a dream wedding of my daughter Poorvi with Jas , especially for my high demanding family based in UK. Every question was met with suitable answers and alternatives and at a time of Pandemic restrictions easing off! Guests from US, Australia, UK , India, Canada , Middle East witnessed an event , enjoyed and talking about it 2 months down the line, having not witnessed this before ever ! Zoom was turned into dhoom ! I gave my daughter away but came back with daughter kavneet and sister Anita and a big family of wedding Galore.
