The Wedding Tantra team took care of the complete event with precision, putting together every thing in probably the shortest period of time for any marriage event planning. From the word "GO"the confidence they gave to pull this through made me to go with them and not to say they lived up to every of their promises taking care of every single point. They have made the event a very memorable one. Planning a ceremony in India from outside of the country was already a fairly daunting task but they were organised and strategic about it from the start. She made herself available for late night calls to get a feel for my taste and style and the final product was more than I could have hoped for. The photographer, video and the rest of the vendors she suggested were actually very affordable and their work was really appreciated by everyone in my family. You cannot go wrong with this team. We got The Wedding Tantra in the nick of time to plan our wedding and we couldn’t be any more happier with their work! My husband and I don’t live in India so our time differences were never an issue for them! Post wedding, they have been available at any given time too, which is a big bonus for us! The Wedding Tantra team is an absolute delight to work with. The team is professional, experienced, capable and in our case, ‘Super Flexible’ (which is very important in event management). Athira was our main POC throughout our 4 events....which were spread across 2 days. From the initial discussions till the final execution, everything went super smooth. Like anyone else would do during the intial hunt for event managers, we also spoke and discussed with multiple event companies in Goa; but, the moment we started talking to Athira, we were instantly able to connect our thoughts. She has a strong experience in organising events, which was clearly visible through her suggestions during the initial discussions. The discussions with her were so engaging that we felt like we are speaking to a friend and not a service provider. As soon as we reached the venue....we were mesmerised with the setups of our first event.....she had added elements to the entire decor over and above our discussions, which made it a delight to look at. After that, we were sure that our events are with the right team; and Athira & team continued to impress us with following functions as well. Everything happened just at the correct timings and each and every element discusseed was ensured in its place. We had requested many small customised elements which she got made just the way we wanted. She has a very well equipped production team & warehouse.....thus was able to provide new drapes, chair covers, table decors (runners & center pieces). All the soft furnishings were new and fresh....which made the entire decor colorful and vibrant. There were unplanned rains during our two day event.....but the well equipped team quickly made all necessary arrangements to ensure smooth ceremonies. In the middle of all the mess of functions, you expect all the arrangements to be on point....and this is where the Wedding Tantra team has an expertise in.
