Absolutely disappointed with this photographer's service for my friend's wedding. They were incredibly unresponsive throughout the entire process, making it difficult to communicate our needs and concerns. Not only did they fail to deliver the edited pictures on time, but the quality of the photos we did receive was subpar. Many crucial moments during our ceremony were completely missed or poorly captured, leaving us with incomplete memories of our special day. Additionally, the lack of video footage was glaringly obvious, with only a handful of short clips provided. What's worse, when approached about these issues, they were unprofessional and defensive, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. Special mention to Darshan for royally ruining the memories of the wedding. Would not recommend this photographer to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. One star rating is just an understatement.

My experience with Optimal Pictures - The Wedding Katha has been exhausting and disappointing. Looking back at our wedding day, all we see are dull and subpar pictures and videos from them. Despite providing a detailed brief, they failed to capture the vows my partner and I had written for each other, a significant memory lost because of them. Additionally, they consistently missed deadlines, were unresponsive for days, and required numerous follow-ups. Even when they did respond, the pictures and videos they delivered were poorly edited. Thankfully, this ordeal is finally over. I highly recommend avoiding Optimal Pictures The Wedding Katha if you want your wedding beautifully captured.

Our wedding evening was magical but thanks to Optimal Pictures & their team's incompetence there are few quality memories we can look back on from that day. From a lack of professionalism to inability to follow basic requests- he missed our self written vows despite multiple reminders & made up excuses for poorly edited photos again and again, our experience with this team was appalling & I'd only wish no other couple or family has to suffer with such a poor team. From the time of booking till 2 & a half months after the wedding, we could never get a hold of Darshan for anything - he was always busy & always had excuses. After the first bad review, he has been persistently trying to speak to us to take it down. If only he showed this kind of client servicing when we repeatedly followed up without an answer for weeks.

It was just an short notice for darsan for our pre wedding shoot in goa .And we went without preparation ,and when i see the result i cannot take off my eyes from the pictures .Darshan and his team helped throughout and best part was he was never in favour of traditional poses for photos …he captured all moments so beautifully !!We both are were not at all good at giving poses but he took out poses from us so beautifully.Would highly recommend him and his team ❤️

Darshan covered my parents’ 25th anniversary and they had a lovely time. It was a beautiful setup and the team was very sweet and patient with us. My parents, though hesitant at first, were put to ease by the amicable team and ended up having a blast posing and playing around at the beach. Shout out to Darshan for also adding a complimentary reel to our package!
