We have a list of wedding photographers in Goa from varying budgets, low to high. So, it totally on what is your budget. But on an average, you can find photographers who charge anywhere between 50,000 to 2,50,000 a day.

How much is the charge for drone photography for weddings?

Drone photography has become a trend and is very useful for capturing photos with a huge number of guest list and a grand wedding venue. It takes photos from a height which can be used for videography and photo album. It costs around INR 1.5lakhs and 6lakhs.

What’s the most important piece of advice you’d give to a couple planning their nuptials?

Pictures and cinema will be the only remnants left after your wedding functions are complete. We recommend couples to invest in candid photography and videography as opposed to traditional photography. We understand that it’s expensive but budgets can be worked around, scrimp on stuff that doesn’t matter in the long run and allocate the extra funds towards wedding photography. Also, it is a good idea to spend some time with your candid photographers before the big day.

I’m shy and feel uncomfortable posing. What should I do?

Another reason to opt for candid photography is that you won’t have to stand stiffly and smile for the camera. We also recommend meeting with wedding photographers in Goa before finalizing one. A one on one interaction will help you decide and further meetings will help build a rapport between you guys. You could also read reviews of professional Goa photographers on WedMeGood. The best rated ones are non-intrusive and more like friends.

How do I ensure my photographer doesn’t miss anything important?

Communicate. Whether it’s your pre wedding shoot or a destination wedding, give your wedding photographers in Goa a list of must-have shots. You can send them reference images or talk about the style and theme of pictures you’re looking for. Give them a rough idea of your event size so that they can bring a team with sufficient members.
