Our wedding evening was magical but thanks to Optimal Pictures & their team's incompetence there are few quality memories we can look back on from that day. From a lack of professionalism to inability to follow basic requests- he missed our self written vows despite multiple reminders & made up excuses for poorly edited photos again and again, our experience with this team was appalling & I'd only wish no other couple or family has to suffer with such a poor team. From the time of booking till 2 & a half months after the wedding, we could never get a hold of Darshan for anything - he was always busy & always had excuses. After the first bad review, he has been persistently trying to speak to us to take it down. If only he showed this kind of client servicing when we repeatedly followed up without an answer for weeks.
