I had the worst experience with Ashish and his team, they are highly unprofessional, will over promise and under deliver. They used torn backdrops, didn't add flowers, messed up the entrance and more. During the planning stage they were never available to meet saying they are at an event, but kept assuring me that my wedding decoration will be great and to be "nishchint". And on the days of my wedding Ashish was nowhere to be seen. He just sent some workers to put everything up. The backdrop for the Sangeet was torn in so many places, which embarassed us. The mandap had no flowers which were discussed. The entrances were messed up, when we called them they were not available to answer any of our questions. Even the venue told us that our decoration was really bad. I would definitely advise against hiring them, worst team.

They are awesome, if you're planning any kind of events Thematic Events are perfect for everything, they helped organize my cousin's brother's wedding, baby shower of my sister-in-law, the birthday party of my nephew, and so many of our family events they have organized. Love their services, totally recommend them. Keep growing ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Before booking, they were active and professional, but once booked, they were not willing to discuss anything and always pretend to be busy, they are so unprofessional, specially juhi ji, no respect for customer. and as a event planner unhe suggest karna chahiye but we have to tell small small things even we have to tell for seating arrangements in wedding. poor decoration, attaching some images which we asked for and which was delivered No value of money at all, my hard-earned money was wasted and also they ruined my life event and they used funny crackers, mai ne aisa crackers to kisi ke bhi wedding me ni dekha, Ashish ji batana chahiye tha na aap ko ki aap ye use kar rahe hum kahi aur se arrange kar lete, that's why we were asking show some reference. Seriously, how can you guys do? Think a little bit about other people's emotions, no value for customers.
