This was my second time booking Think Positive Service. My first experience was good, which is why I chose them again. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. There was no timely response, and communication was extremely poor. Basic things like proper lighting during photos were not taken care of, which affected the overall quality. Even after the event, there was little to no response to my messages regarding collecting the videos. Very unprofessional compared to my first experience. I expected much better service and follow-up.

I had a very bad experience with Think positive studio. They first of all didnt exactly noted of what I wanted, instead of cinematic video they provided me with a third class traditional video like old times when I had specifically mentioned him on call and video call 2/3 times. They did my engagement project just for the sake of doing it. And also I had asked for 2/3 reels he provided me with single bad reel of 30 sec. which is horrible. And also akash came at the end of the event for good photos. Only ones which he took from his camera were the good ones. otherwise everything which some other guy took with his camera was very so so. I personally would not recommend you to this studio because of their service that they provide. They didnt even convey me that they will provide me with the photos and videos after 90 days which is a long time. I was continously behind them for a month for photos and videos.

These guys were very professional and did an amazing job with our wedding pictures. We'll cherish the memories forever!

We had booked them for our baby shower function. Although the pictures were good, it became very difficult to get pictures and videos from them. They don't even reply and give pictures and videos on committed time. It has been almost 50 days and we have been asking for video. I don't recommend hiring them for small functions.
