Quality of service has gone to the drain. They give appointments but are least bothered to honour them even after customer waits. Staff is highly incompetent in managing and / or very arrogant. Second such experience in 2 weeks. First time I had a pedicure appt with a particular technician ( who they didn`t inform and alloted to someone else). Then they almost pressured me by going with someone else until I put my foot down. Second, today I had an eyebrow appointment which I waited for 15 mins even after the time. Even after that, this really arrogant and unprofessional lady comes to me to tell me she is going to finish someone else`s service before mine. Despite conveying that I`m not okay to wait longer, she left me and went on to do as she pleased. Furthermore when I went to the reception to complain she came with even more of her shitty attitude and started giving me gyaan. What a bullshit experience and what bullshit attitude. Toni and Guy Model Town is worse than a normal roadside parlour - let alone to international standards. Highly disappointed that this is their attitude given both my husband and I have been regulars for 2 years here. Never going back and will discourage anyone who plans to go.

Awesome experience, well maintain hygiene, very skilled and friendly staff specially thanks to tarun and Amrita .They greet me with happy faces all the time. Love this place and its atmosphere. . You all are must visit atleast. Must visit.

Visited again here and this time the experience was even better ? Sangeeta the hair stylist expert and Nida the makeover specialist are very much professional, very much dedicated to their work. I appreciate their work and their passion towards their work.. very good guys. Keep it up. You people are true gems for tony & guy?

We went to Tony & guy and that's where we saw anjum's work. She was our make up artist and she was really good at it. She is so professional and knows her work very well. I had booked her 3 years back as well and since then i have only been hiring her. I even recommend to all my family members and friends because she is just too good.

I went to toni & guy model town for makeup nd hairdo I hav to say i had a great experience.I loved the atmosphere. They are so welcoming. They opened early so dat i would be ready on time?I got my makeup done from senior artist.she did a fantastic job.Makeup artist was friendly nd competent . I loved the overall look & feel of my makeup. It was natural. It was not gaudy . I had gorgeous smokey eyes, glowing cheeks &red sexy lip colour.She matched my foundation perfectly. Hairstylist gave the perfect hairdo.It suited my face & was looking very nice with the outfit. My half up half down hair style looked amazing.Both my face & hair held up during the whole day & my photos turned out flawless. I got so many compliments for my makeup & hairdo. Staff was courteous .Efficient time wise & well managed. And since my mother in law & i was getting ready together they used their resources nicely so that neither of us had to wait at the end.They made our getting ready experience relaxing nd were able to get me &my mother in law ready on time. I enjoyed d whole experience.So looking forward for an excuse to go back dere soon:))
