Amazing!! I got married in dec 2016 and i felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Tracy and her team. They were able to perfectly create the look that I wanted, which held for the entirety of my wedding. I had hired her for makeup and hair ....makeup done by her was mindblowing but i was not pleased with the hairstyling. But tracy was able to beautifully complete my look with time to spare. My wedding was in Jan 2018 where I had hired Tracy's services (separate make up artist) for my bridesmaids and mom alone to ensure they get a good look and it didn't get compromised paying 3000 per head for 6 persons.i categorically booked Tracy as she herself was to come for the makeup and readily paid half the booking amount months in advance.To my surprise a day prior to my wedding she said she was unwell and was traveling the next day for a bridal make-up.obviously I panicked and couldn't contain myself when she mentioned she would not come and said she would send her best artists.seems like to pacify me she said she would come anyhow the next day and last minute in the morning she informed she couldn't come.her so called best artists were really not good and they were not clear on the brief.luckily my bridesmaids were aware of the hair look and asked them to do the same.the make up was not as expected and most of my bridesmaids redid their own makeup.only my mom's makeup was done fine.the make up artists were only keen on getting done with their work faster to ensure they can do makeup for last minute requests from other guests.plus one of them lost their make up products supposedly at my home and when they came back looking at my place my mom said they literally ransacked the room.firstly if you command a sum please deliver on your commitment and secondly we would not keep anything that does not belong to us.
