Worst Experience Ever I had the worst experience with this photographer and their team. They completely ruined the most special day of my life—my wedding. Here are the major issues we faced: 1. Lack of Professionalism: The photographer did not even bother to show up at the bridal parlour to take pictures, whereas other brides had their photographers capturing their moments. Instead, they sat in a room and told us to call them when we needed photos. Isn’t it a photographer’s duty to be present and ready? 2. No Proper Equipment: To make matters worse, they didn’t bring any professional equipment for the shoot. This is unacceptable for a team that claims to provide wedding photography services. 3. Unprepared and Disorganized: They were not proactive in any way. We had to keep calling them, which added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. 4. Poor Quality and Delayed Delivery: After all this, the photos were not delivered on time, and the quality was extremely disappointing. My village photographers would have done a much better job than this so-called “professional” team. Overall, hiring this photographer was a complete waste of money. I would never recommend their services to anyone. If you want your wedding memories captured beautifully, look elsewhere. This team is a disaster.

I had a great experience with TWM team. The kind of dedication they have for their work and the shots selection they have, the kind of priority and commitment they show towards the client is truly amazing. Thank you so much TWM for capturing beautiful moments for us. Suggestion for anyone who wants to make their special day memorable is that please go with TWM without any second thought.
