I am deeply disappointed by the subpar and unprofessional services rendered by Suvankar Sen and his team during our wedding. While they did a great job in still photography and album creation, they failed to deliver the promised and agreed-upon wedding video. Suvankar Sen, although a skilled photographer himself, runs a team that displays an alarming lack of videography expertise. He claimed that he and his team suffered an alleged hard disk crash owing to which he lost crucial footage of our wedding. This experience has left us with an overwhelming sense of regret for placing such a crucial event in the hands of a service provider who has demonstrated a lack of competence and accountability. It is inconceivable that someone claiming to be a professional in their field would fail to safeguard the precious memories of our special day, all due to a supposed "hard drive crash”. This excuse reeks of irresponsibility and a complete disregard for the significance of the event. The fact that a significant portion of our wedding footage has been irretrievably lost due to this alleged hard drive crash is not only frustrating but also insulting. It is quite clear that the team has failed to implement even the most basic safeguards to protect our memories. The consequences of this negligence are irreversible, leaving us without the wedding video that we were promised and had eagerly anticipated.

There are few miments in our life which are always special. Two Hearts team was my saviour of every hurdles. They actually faced my bridezilla with the there patientfull behaviour. For the entire event even for once we did not feel that they are just professional phtographers. Even the embarassing moments have been captured by them gracefully. I humbly with gratitude pay thanks to entire two hearts team and Suvankar.
