We had an extremely disappointing experience with Urban Imaging. It's been two years since our wedding, and we still haven’t received our raw or edited photos/videos. This photographer not only ruined the memories of our special day but has also continuously made false promises and given unrealistic deadlines with no results. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no accountability or professionalism shown. If you're considering hiring them for your big day, I strongly advise you to think TWICE. Don't let your precious moments fall into the hands of someone so unreliable and careless. Absolutely not recommended! To make matters worse, he never picks up calls or responds to messages, leaving us frustrated and helpless. Do yourself a favor and avoid hiring this photographer at all costs. Trusting him with your special day is a mistake you’ll deeply regret.

*Biggest Fraud* I can't believe that someone can be fruad and scam upto this level. They literally ruin my wedding day. One day which is most important event of any person's life can be ruined up to this level. They are literally gunde and mawali of some local gali and muhalla. Each and every member of their team are fraud. They scam you by being innocent at first take all money in advance and then make you chase after them for every single photo. My entire choora ceremony was missed for which I was chasing these guys from day time 2.41pm continuously calling these guys and no body responded after that at 4.30pm a guy came to whom I asked to come at venue at 6pm.No body reached there. My entire bridal shoot was missed. I was continuously calling and chasing these guys and on my wedding day while crying and howling.It's literally the nightmare that anyone can go through. Somebody who's calling their work "Passion" is torutring another person with that passion. It's been 7 months of my wedding and still I am chasing them like every single day to get my photo and just imagine how tourtourous it is to ask for photos and videos every single day to just so that they can provide you pictures for which you have already paid a bunch of amount to them. There are so many sentiments related to a wedding. A father spend their whole life earning just to get their children married and see them happy and these mawalis are harrassing people out their who reach them to do what they're calling as their passion. How can someone be so heartless, how can people like these play with emotions of people on their special occasions, how can someone have GUTS to make fun of and ignore someone's life long happiness and hardwork? Posting this so that atleast one of you can read and save your big day and dream to get shattered by these mawalis. Atleaast one of us can get up and post an FIR against this guy so that no else from onwards dares to ruin someone's special day Please Don't book them

One of the worst photographer you can ever find in your life … they are full of fraud people Every time they make excuses and not pick ur calls Sahjot and Konark both of them have no sense of talking …..worst people u vl ever meet in ur life . I m struggling to get my things from last 1.2years and they are least bothered about it I have made more than 1000 calls to Sahjot and team still I hvnt received anything except excuses I request if anyone is booking this photographer… god save u … they are big fraud … save ur big day from these people

We have hired team urban imaging for our wedding that was in November. But with heavy heart, I would say they are the most unprofessional and untrustworthy people in the industry. They do not have good equipments, no proper lighting arrangements and no trained professionals. Really disappointed to book them for our wedding. Complete waste of money and now we are chasing them for deliverables. Please do not book them because they won’t deliver you satisfaction and results.

Bunch of fraud people calling themselves photographers. Please dont book them for anything. They will take entire money in advance, will promise so many things like best services, best quality videos and photos, timely delivery etc etc the list goes on. But once they get the money, they will start frauding you, they wont deliver anything and not even return even a single penny. I booked them in for my wedding events in May 2023. Even after 7 months nothing has been delivered. I had to raise a police complaint against them. They skip events, dont come on time, send less number of photographers. On top of all this they are highly unprofessional, will delay everything by half a year (if you’re lucky) otherwise you might never get anything. In my case, they refused to deliver things. They refused to give my album, videos anything. In the name of videos all they will give is draft version of some unfinished videos. They will refuse to edit as well if there is any customer feedback. Their team will not accept their mistakes and keep arguing with you. They will say “Raise a police complaint if you want, but we wont deliver your work”. People, please please book some good standard photographer having a proper office address and a team. Having good track record. Dont fall for gimmicks. I had the worst experience of my life with urban imaging. No body wants to ruin their weeding events, but urban imaging doesn’t care. In the end all you will be left with a fraud and experience you will try to forget for the rest of your life.

Pathetic photographers and hooligans. They are mawalis with cameras who have absolutely zero knowledge of photography. If you want to ruin your special day, definitely hire them. They are gundas who will threaten you and pester you continuously. Zero talent, zero passion, zero photography. Their pictures on instagram are bought or fake
