My sister in law has very worst experience from ujala agrawal store from Delhi.She was very excited about her dress but when she open the parcel packaging was not up to the expectations & after open the dress it was worst experience from ujala When she called the designer she had an audacity to tell that my sister in law did it . The material is of steam iron then why on earth I would do normal iron one day prior to leaving for wedding. Now she is not answering the call and not even her employees on the store. Really pathetic experience, I repeat never buy from this shop

Dress was completely torned from one side due to iron marks. Owner is not accepting the mistake and she had an audacity to tell her that She did it . Now she is not answering the call and not even her employees on the store. Really pathetic experience, I repeat never buy from this shop. Even packaging was worst, after paying such hefty amount. Don’t ever buy from there.

Had a worst experience with a designer Ujala Agrawal . We had major problems in regards to her communication. She doesn't believe in proper followup and will mostly speak to you according to her convenience. I am giving you an order and spending lots of money on you that means you should be picking your damn phone and talking to your clients politely. My dress was delivered fully torned of which i have a parcel opening videos and proof and when we questioned this , Ujala said you must have did it intentionally. need guts to say this to clients when she is explaining everything to you. After lots of follow ups on dress and not making it to the expectations i received a torned dress. I recommend not to visit this designer at all.

I found Ujala's studio while looking for outfits for my best friend. And it was such a happy coincidence! I picked her for my wedding outfits. Ujala was so easy to talk to, and she listened to what the client wanted. Though we did have our ups and downs, she handled it with outmost professionalism and love. I absolutely loved my outfits. I have solely given 1.5 stars to Ujala because she made Engagement Outfit, and was delivered on time. We had major problems in regards to her communication. She doesn't believe in proper followup and will mostly speak to you according to her convenience. When questioned, she posted personal comment regarding our behaviour. She said that in fashion industry, you just need to trust you designer and not take any follow-up(which we now realize is not true at all). She delayed my work by 50 days for a digitally printed lehenga and delivered a subpar work, because of which we had to cancel the entire order. Our entire Haldi Outfit ideas was ruined at the very last moment. Additionally, considering she has trained under Sabyasachi, we considered she will have good finishing in the Lehengas. But, most people around us feel the work lacks intricate details and feels rushed. Claiming that she has low market price compared to other designer doesn't justify the lack of communication throughout. Considering her lack of professionalism in terms of communication and saying that we stuck her paent(which in all sense isn't true) I don't recommend her for personalizinglehengas at all.

I came across labelujalaagarwal online and contacted her for my wedding outfit. she is an angel by heart and has immense dedication for her work which was clearly visible in her attitude while explaining the nitty-gritty of the process of making lehnga. The final product which I received is just wow. The quality and price she offered are the best in the market as I have searched a lot before finalizing my lehnga.

I had ordered a lehenga from Ujala and put full faith in her suggestions for colours and I was not disappointed. It turned out beautifully! Ujala was very helpful and attentive. Being a 6’3 tall woman and having a lehenga which is long enough and fits perfectly is a dream! She knows what she’s doing! Will post more pics once I wear the outfit.

I was just done roaming on the streets of Delhi when I randomly came across this store. The designer is a really passionate person and understands how personal design is to everyone. On a very short notice she agreed to redo the neckline and sleeves in one of her designs and got it delivered on time to my city. What design, what fit! I got more compliments than ever that night.
