From the beginning, their team made big promises about quality and professionalism, but they failed to deliver on almost every front. The photography, which was one of the most important parts of our wedding, was handled very poorly. The team lacked basic skills, missed key moments, and the final output did not meet even minimum expectations. What made things worse was their pricing. They charged an unreasonably high amount while providing subpar service. It felt like they were more focused on extracting money than actually delivering quality work. Scammers

Hired this team in to cover our engagement and wedding festivities. Post our engagement function, I wasn’t very happy with the photos and decided to go with another team for the rest of my events. I informed Yashita from the team about it and she seemed very understanding in the beginning and also agreed to help us with a refund of the advance. We agreed to pay for the engagement and close the chapter. Upon following up with the team about the refund, we kept getting no responses and when we did, they were vague and kept delaying the entire process. Finally, we gave up and realised nothing was going to happen. We still haven’t received our engagement video after multiple follow ups and mind you they had received the entire amount for that event + advance for the other events. Very unprofessional team in terms of deliverables and client servicing. Book them at your own risk.

Highly unprofessional company.They made a mess of our wedding.Woulldnt recommend it to anyone.We hired them for our wedding in January 2023 and we have been suffering since. To our shock , they lost our haldi program pictures with no proper excuse as to why did that happen.We had never thought that this could happen to anyone.Even after doing this to us, they did not deliver what was committed as per the contract.Wedding is once in a lifetime affair and i wouldn't recommend taking a big risk with unscripted and Co.

They understood that we wanted to avoid any over the top, manufactured photos and instead captured our wedding as it happened - real smiles, screams and tears! Unscripted co. is super creative and is genuinely a nice team to work with. We hired them for our engagement ceremony, what an incredible experience. We were worried about everything looking fake and forced, but they guided us through our couple session, these guys made it feel so easy. Great work, keep it up!!
