Extremely Disappointing Experience with Utsav Events We had a very bad experience with Utsav Events, handled by Mr. Hemant. They completely ruined both our Haldi and Wedding day decorations, which were nowhere close to what was discussed and finalized in advance. On top of that, they played the wrong bridal entry song and varmala song, which is something no couple should have to deal with on their wedding day. These moments are once-in-a-lifetime, and their lack of coordination spoiled them for us. The most frustrating part was that Mr. Hemant was not available during the events and was extremely ignorant of our requirements, despite multiple discussions before booking. There was zero accountability and no on-ground support when things went wrong. We trusted them with one of the most important days of our lives and were left stressed and disappointed. Would not recommend Utsav Events to anyone looking for a reliable event planner or decorator

We got married at Anuraga palace Ranthambore in July 2022 and one thing that we worried about the most was the decor but today we’re glad that we found Hemant. We had a destination wedding at Nahargarh Haveli Ranthambore, initially we were planning to take decor team from delhi only but after meeting hemant we found him very dedicated, the way he was putting efforts in every little thing.
