I attended my best friend’s wedding, and honestly, it was quite disappointing to see how badly things were managed by the planners. The bride and groom were stressed throughout the functions. Almost every event was delayed, and it seemed like friends and family had to step in just to make sure things actually got done. There was no proper communication from the team, it was all over the place. Guests were confused about schedules, reminders were either late or missing, and many important details were not looked into. It felt like the planners added more stress instead of reducing it. What stood out most was the unprofessional attitude from some senior members of the team such as Monica and Akash. Instead of calming situations, they often came across as rude. On the other hand, the shadows were polite and genuinely tried their best to help, and that effort didn’t go unnoticed. For a wedding of this scale the experience could have been handled with much more care and professionalism. As someone who watched the couple and their families go through so much unnecessary stress, I sincerely hope the team reflects on this and improves for future clients.

Monica understood us, our story, and gave it the most beautiful stage. We’re beyond grateful for the magic she created for this once-in-a-lifetime memory.”
