SIMPLY WORST & PATHETIC SELLER! Just as everyone on this platform has experienced a Worst experience with this pathetic seller , I also had extremely worst experiences with Prerna.This review wud fall short of words if I start Mentioning the points.What is shown in the picture, is simple not delivered to the customer & as they say’ Once u have purchased & made the payment, all of them lose their obedience & showcase as if they are the only person who have knowledge.

Please do not buy from vibgyor by Prerna. She’s a spam. She just shows u the pictures but the outfits r of low quality. The fittings are bad. They cheat you. The pictures show something else and they sell you something else. And after receiving your product, if you want to contact them, she will never pick your call and will not reply to ur texts and messages. Beware. It’s your hard earned money.

I had a pathetic experience with Prerna. She is a fraud, taking people’s hard earned money and not delivering any product. It’s been more than a month I have placed my order with her. She has ghosted me, not replying to my calls and even blocked me on Instagram. She is a horrible human being abusing me on asking for a refund.

I am shocked even after so many bad reviews how this fraudster is still surviving on this platform and cheating people of their hard earned money! No action has been taken against her till now it’s so disappointing. Her insta handle is @vibgyor.by.prerna everyone should report her profile atleast stop her to cheat others in future!

She is a fraudster, she doesn’t even answer calls nor responds, it’s been 3 months since I paid 10000, she didn’t deliver my dress nor shared pictures of the dress in the makings she falsely claims she despatched it

She is impolite, cold, indifferent, rude , pathetic as a person. I have never in my entire life came across such a horrible person. She doesn't care for the customers time and money all she is bothered about is her bulk orders which she projects but god knows who buys from her...I can guarantee that after one experience of shopping from her you would definately want to regret every minute spent in chasing her or atleast getting a correct size dress....i shopped from her in the month of October, 2021 and uptil now I have not received my complete set and all she can do is make excuses and demean the customer. It should be 0. Prerna is running a so called business where she portrays that she is so damn busy with her bulk orders. Disrespectful, unreliable and mannerless. There are many vendors who deliver good quality products on time and value their customers. Prerna just likes to argue, disrespect customers and fight when she is wrong giving stupid lame reasons accusing customers for their mistakes.

Should be 0 actually. Pathetic and horrifying that businesses are being run like this with this attitude in this day and age. If you feel like getting disrespected after giving money, definitely worth a try or even if you have way too much free time and want to chase and argue for months. You have to really fight to get your outfit and you are definitely not getting your money back, fraud alert.

I don't know y this website n app doesn't have 0 reviews option or even minus. Because I would hv given minus infinity to her. Avery discourteous and impolite fashion designer with an insolent attitude. We ordered suit from her in February and received in first week of August after too many calls and messages to which she doesn't reply or says I was busy in some shitty occasions, today is this festival have to many stupid reasons for delaying orders. First time while ordering I told her very clearly that what you are showing in the pic I need that only then while receiving order after 1.5 month she gave a different colour pant and suggesting me that this colour pant which sent would look nice on me rather than apologizing she vanished for 2 months after so many calls n messages we kept on trying but she never picked up and after that she replied after 2 months n asked me which suit was I talking about... I also asked for refund of whole suit she said u keep pant I'll refund for pant ... What should I do with kurta alone pants had proper sequencing with it... I told her I need suit had to go somewhere till that time it was last week of July 2021. She said ull get next week Monday. And then whenever I said I want suit she said next Monday n ext Monday everytime. N when I recieved suit last week it dint had hangings on sleeves which were there on picture rest was all good and measurement was also told that it was loose but she doesn't give a damn rather will annoy you for 6-7 months for suit and vanish ....*Guys Beware of this lady Prerna she's a thief and an ill-mannered lady.*

This is the worst online shopping experience of mine...I ordered my dress about 2 month ago got my dress with out dupatta...Inspite of giving all the measurement details and all other information my dress is not according to my requirements....I called and texted her More than 1000 times but she didn’t pick my call or reply back....Whenever she pick gave lame excuses...I will never recommend her to anyone...Biggest Farud ever...Dont not ever go by her designs and all She is a fraud

It’s a total fraud. People pls be beware of this vendor as she will ask for money upfront and never turn back with clothes. After you make payment, she will stop responding to your calls. It has been 1.5 months since I have ordered dresses from her and there has been no response.

Their collection is timeless and they’ve got some really delicate and exclusive designs. Just loved how elegant and chic the outfits are. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Prerna for my wedding outfits and I was really happy the way she delivered everything on time, her ideas were amazing and she did total justice and patiently listen to all my ideas and incorporated them. She has an amazing range of Indian and western outfits. Love her work.
