I had a terrible experience with Vijay Studios. Their work is consistently delayed, and there is a complete lack of follow-up or updates regarding deliverables like albums and photo frames. The editing quality is poor, and their team fails to provide any creative input or professional suggestions—we had to guide them instead. The overall professionalism is severely lacking. I’m giving a one-star rating only because there’s no option to rate them lower.

I booked them for my Engagement and wedding, they assured us of the quality of work and showed us their work of high profile clients which ofcourse was good. They sent their good team for my engagement photography but after taking the full payment before my wedding they sent the team which wasn’t good and seemed like noobs, Have noticed this thing with them - they will send their good team to the high profile clients and cheat decent clients by sending good team first and on the big day sending average team who couldn’t even take proper photographs. They attract decent budget clients by offering them discounts but poor service (which they don’t state earlier) and take triple money for the same work from high profile clients and send good team so that they could market themselves and maintain their social media. This double faced behaviour is truly pathetic and from now on we would never book from them. PS - order number VS20A252 (incase you people deny that no booking was done in my name)
