I really had worst experience with this person. He will definitely spoil ones beautiful moments and also shatter one's hope. No matter how good you treat him or pay him what he asks for, he is great in not keeping his words and will turn the deal according to his requirements. In the start he will die for getting work and once he gets it, he is ready to exploit your happiness and hopes. If you really want to hire him, then please dont fall into his starry shoots and bla bla bla but make sure to make him work for you and also please get a confirmation of his terms and conditions because these will change at any moment after you confirm him. He lost my data, kept my work incomplete and also he is very much expert is running away from his deadlines. Thank you Mr, Vinayak Bagde, what all call him VB.
