I booked Viruksham Makeup for my wedding, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. She completed the entire makeup in just 45 minutes and used only an orange concealer on my dark skin tone, which made my face look dull. She didn’t use professional-quality products—only used what regular we have: primer, concealer, color corrector, foundation, compact powder, and basic eye makeup. She fixed the hair extensions in a hurry, and within an hour claimed and she told makeup would last all day. But it didn’t, it wasn’t even proper bridal makeup. I had to cancel her service for my reception event immediately. I had paid ₹8000 and when I informed her about the cancellation, she was very rude. To all upcoming brides: I was truly disappointed and had to book another makeup artist last minute for my reception. For them, this may be just a service—but for us, it’s a lifelong memory. Please make sure to have a proper trial before confirming any bookings.
