Poor attitude in taking critical feedback | Overbearing, Rigid & Dismissive | Lost her temper on client upon expressing disappointment with quality | Not worth the fee | Charges for her time over quality I booked her services seeing other reviews on google, which are of more than a year ago, I should have done more research. ABSOLUTELY REGRET HIRING HER, her make up was still okay but her team did a bad job for saree draping and hair. Had to go to a salon later - they were shocked as well to see the unevenness in draping and pings being badly tucked in. I had to wash my hair and re-blowdry to remove the hardness from the crown of my hair (I wanted a bouncy look, but the hair stylist over sprayed my crown area all over and made the area stiff, the blowdry later didn't help much as well - all in all I had a very reasonable feedback and I didn't even expect them to fix it further, I expressed my disappointment at the quality saying I'll have to go to a salon to fix this - the reaction from a make up artist was alarming). On the make up part - although I gave her a free hand, I wasnt happy with the eye makeup so requested her to change it which irritated her immediately - was uncalled for. The reference picture I showcased for eye makeup did not match up at all to the look she created, she'd put it on the shape of my eye and kept saying I was confused! I gave up after she redid it once because her attitude was so unwelcoming and dominating. It was due to her overbearing attitude that I was rather intimidated for a good amount of time. And that's why I didn't ask for any changes later in makeup for other parts of my face and neck - I had no option to hire anyone else last moment. My neck pigmentation wasn't covered well which I expressed is a concerning area for me before the make up. She said she did try maximum However, i have got it covered in the past by other make up artists and it didn't seem hard for them, so it was clearly a lack in product quality or skills (either). I do appreciate the effort on the make up part to a certain degree but it didnt level up to the expectations Vishva had set weeks before while we were discussing my look. I really had high expectations from her overall, but upon execution her attitude was like - "ab jitna kara hai utne mei khush raho". When they completed my hair and saree draping, I was shocked to see my final look. I then asked for a quick blowdry as the hairdo was horrendous. When I expressed my disappointment saying that I will have to go to a salon now to fix this - at that moment she YELLED AT ME frantically which was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for- On the top her voice she yelled, "I WANT MY MONEY RIGHT NOW AND WE ARE LEAVING"!!! (as if I will eat her money). All she had in her mind was the other client to go to!!! I am not over stating this, but I actually got scared with the shouting! She didnt care to take any feedback and accountability whatsoever. It rather came across that time given weighed much higher than the quality of work. Kept telling me that she gave me ample time, (GIVING TIME DOESNT MEAN VALUE FOR MONEY, THE QUALITY OF WORK MATTERS) I felt she is the client who I have to service rather. It moreover felt like she was doing a favour to me and putting all the efforts for free, while she got her full and final payment as committed, which wasn't deserving at all! Had booked her time from 12:30 - 4pm for the entire thing, but she started getting hyper rude and brash by 3:15 and was in a hurry to leave. Visha said before I began with my saree and hair, that she will do final touch ups when I am done with both - but that was also not done properly, literally was done in less than 5 seconds - just brushed my face for 2 seconds for the heck of it and applied fixing spray that only touched a section of my face. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour & highly unprofessional! Ruined my big day! Think before hiring Vishva especially if you need the entire look, her team is not trained enough!
