It has been six whole months since my wedding, and I still haven't received the final deliverables. What should have been a joyful memory to revisit has turned into one of the most emotionally exhausting experiences of my life. They keep asking me to shortlist pictures — but how do you shortlist when you haven’t even been given the complete data? I’m being forced to chase them again and again, and every time it’s the same empty promises and pathetic excuses. My family and friends constantly ask about the photos and videos — and every time, I am reminded that I made the worst vendor choice possible. This isn’t just unprofessional, it's outright disrespectful. You trust someone with the most important memories of your life, and they treat it like a side project. They have taken my money, taken my trust, and left me with nothing but anxiety, regret, and unanswered questions. I am posting this review on every social media and wedding platform so no one else has to go through this hell. Avoid this vendor at all costs. You deserve better for your once-in-a-lifetime memories.
