Vriksham

Bought some jadai billa from vriksham. The owner sent ne a message saying the the product i have ordered is broken and asked me to choose something else. All the products I chose was apparently out of stock or unavailable. She refused to refund the money and finally after so many unpleasnt discussions she said she will send me some envelopes types pouches and a neck piece to cover the cost . I agreed . The pouches that I received was if so cheap quality and no sign of neck piece . Honestly a fraud company. I will definitely not shop from here again. A definite NoNo for international shoppers . BEWARE!!!!

I bought gold lakshmi choker short necklace from Vriksham with 13 lakshmi postures carved on it. She sent my a cheap necklace which does not match with her listing picture. Also, On her website picture lakshmi necklace has ghoongroo dangles on 7 lakshmi carvings, The one I received has dangling ghoongroo only on 5 lakshmi carvings. When I asked seller for an explanation she told me to expect some variation since these necklaces are hand made. She denied the return option outright claiming she doesn't have return policy This seller has compromised with the quality claiming variation and other excuses. She claims to be the queen of high quality jewelry and best customer service. NOT TRUE AT ALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE. Please stay away from her. I dealt with other Instagram sellers who sell better quality than her and always answer any question/concern with respect and trust and provide more pictures unlike Vriksham. Please check my Whatsapp messages screen shot. It will show you how rude, disrespectful and condescending this seller is.
