before even the quality of deliverables could be covered, the behaviour of the team got quite rude once the advance payment was done. the stationery samples presented as their own were from wedmegood website and the team was extremely immature to handle a business (excuses, being unresponsive, using words like blame game, etc) . last thing on my mind during a wedding should be what if my photographer becomes rude with guests.

Gaurav and his team of photographers/cinematographers have been extremely professional and excellent in our pre-wedding photoshoot. They were able to accommodate any customisations requested in the edited snaps as well. Highly recommended to go ahead for a lovely experience.

After a long search we were finally able to find a descent and professional photographer company. we booked them for our 3 marriage functions and without a doubt they are one of the best in their genre. some points I want to highlight 1. They are extremely professional in their work, yet very cooperative. 2. They are very very descent. If you are looking forward for smooth and supportive assistance from a team of professionals for covering your wedding event, then you are surely KNOCKING THE WRONG DOOR. M/s Taj Wedding Films will only charge you for the service, arrive in the venue, click some photographs and then will sit back and leave the rest on you. Let me be precise and elaborate how this team works: 1) Firstly they will share with you dump of almost 6000 photos on the pretext that they don’t know who are your relatives and family. So ideally they are comfortably asking you to work on your album and provide them 100 photos from the dump of 6000 photos for the album. 2) Adding to the discomfort, they will share the dump of 6000 photos on Google drive, which means you will have to spend a day downloading the same on your laptop and then make efforts to find time from your hectic schedule to go through 6000 photos and select the top 100 for the album. Meanwhile the team sits back and gets engaged in other wedding functions as you have already paid more than 80% of the payment. 3) And once you share the same with the team,the team will randomly put the photos on album sheet without any focus on the sequence of events in the function and give you the album. This album seems just like a collection of jumbled photos. There is no formatting done in the photos and your beautiful memories looks like a dump. So I had this pathetic experience with this firm whom we had given a contract to cover our marriage in Nov 2019 and to everyone's surprise we haven’t received our wedding album yet. Though I had made all the efforts to shortlist the photos for the album, initiate discussions with the team , dictate them the arrangement of the photos in each page of 80 pages of album, yet the team did not deliver the album to us which was almost completely designed by me as they could not even make efforts to give the final touch up/ formatting to the album. All requests made to Mr. Gaurav Roy Bhatt- the Man behind the team, for completion of the album were futile as his reply just had execuses , execuses and execuses for non performance. So in short I had a pathetic, frustrating experience with the team who exploited my helplessness in the matter and neither did they fulfilled their commitments nor were we provided with the album. I would want to say in a LOUD VOICE, that no customer deserves such negative return against a paid service and no firm has a right to exploit it’s customers once they have entered into an agreement with them. So please please choose your photographer wisely as the wedding album and videos are the only way to look back and cherish your beautiful memories.

We never felt pressured or rushed once when he was photographing our wedding, neither myself or my husband really like having our photo taken however there was not one photo that we said "oh I don't like that one" we love each and every photo.
