Dear Yash and team , I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my son’s wedding was handled by your team. What should have been a joyous and memorable occasion was instead marred by unprofessionalism, arrogance, and a complete lack of courtesy from your staff. Despite bringing your team’s mistakes to your attention, I was met with dismissive and unapologetic responses. A simple acknowledgment of the errors and a sincere apology would have gone a long way, yet it seemed incredibly difficult for your staff to take responsibility. Basic professionalism, experience, and good manners were sorely lacking. For an event as significant as my only son’s wedding, I expected far better. Instead, the poor attitude and handling of the situation have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly suggest hiring more mature and experienced event managers who understand the importance of customer service and professionalism. As it stands, I would not recommend your services and can easily give them a pass. This experience has left a sour taste in my mind, and I truly hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your future events. Sincerely,
