Weddings in 2025 are expensive, and vendors working with us need to understand that they are there to work, not to enjoy the wedding as guests. The WDSC team initially insisted they would eat at the venue itself—a request I found unreasonable. I’ve been working for over 10 years, and at no point have I expected my workplace to provide me with fine-dining experiences along with my salary. On a heavy Saaya day in New Delhi, it’s simply not possible to account for 7-8 extra guests at all wedding functions, especially in a 5-star hotel where the per-person cost is ₹6,000+. That adds up to nearly ₹1.5 lakh just for F&B—completely outside reason. After I explained this, they agreed to us ordering food for them from an external vendor. However, they again insisted that their team members would invidually need to take a one-hour break during the function to eat, since they weren’t being allowed to dine on-site. This struck me as bizarre—they would have already had breakfast at 10 a.m, maybe a late lunch at 4 PM but they would have had running snacks available during the event . Still, I agreed, as long as no key moments were missed. The final dealbreaker came when they demanded full advance payment before the wedding, refusing to budge. This is not standard industry practice—advance payments are normal, but withholding all leverage to ensure deliverables are met is risky. They expressed that they were already “very unhappy” about the food discussion and were unwilling to compromise further At that point, I decided I couldn’t work with vendors who were this rigid. . I sent them a long email and a message and they did not even bother to respond to either. Your work maybe good but it is very important to have vendors who are flexible especially on your most important days.

They captured everything, all the moments and our guests. They were present to cover everything and had a big enough team. We had a great experience.

I can’t comment on their work, but ethics in terms of responding to your query and dealing professionally are a clear area that they really should be working on.

I came across the We Don't Say Cheese page on Instagram, and I knew that very instant that I wanted them to cover my wedding, and I don't regret my decision even a bit. The creativity and enthusiasm they bring to the table are unmatched. The way they captured the essence of the candid moments silently throughout all the events just left us in awe. The team is highly professional yet treats you like your own family member. Hera and Aseem are a powerhouse of talent, and they have done a phenomenal job in bringing my dream wedding to reality. The depth that the pictures have can be captured only by people who genuinely know what they are doing, and this is that team for you. Also, the fact that they stuck to their deadlines with all their deliverables screams effort and dedication. And the best part, none of the pictures look made up and are completely effortless, so they justify their name pretty well :) I'd recommend going with this team without a second thought, as they'll give you memories worth a lifetime.

We chose We Don't Say Cheese for our wedding and I can't appreciate their work more. We found them through their instagram page and we are so glad we did. The amount of hardwork, dedication and sheer creativity they put in their work deserves special appreciation. They were very patient and understanding during the functions and helped us get through them, they work behind the scenes mostly but the results that came out and when we finally saw the pictures, we were more than happy. Hera and Aseem are very talented and clearly know what they are doing, and Richa is also very polite and cooperative. Really happy with the final deliverables, choose them without a second thought. Finding good photographers for the wedding day is a task but I think we were fortunate to have this extremely professional bunch of people at We don't say cheese who made our special day memorable with their beautiful photography. Starting from discussing with us about what we need to actually executing what we discussed, they did a stellar job! Hera and Aseem are two extremely patient and sweet creatures who create wonders with their camera! A special mention for Richa who made our pre-wedding shoot extremely fun and trust me I was the most worried about the pre-wedding. The best part is none of the pictures look posed or made up, they are great with candid photography! Also, the team's effort to stick to deadlines with their deliverables is commendable. I can't thank them enough for their amazing work. Guys if you want beautiful photos and also want to have some fun while being clicked on your big day, I'd recommend go with them without a second thought! ?

booked them after meeting Hera and Aseem. Their aesthetic and work seemed to match our requirements. They were very professional on both the dates. Never had to be worried about anything. Hera made me feel so comfortable in our first conversation. Their work is outstanding. They would not bother you at all at the functions and would let you be.
