Never consider them for ruining your big day. We booked them for our wedding and we had the worst experience possible. The owner Mr. Preet would speak to you very politely in the beggining, but when the time comes for delivering the outcome, he gives you nothing but disappointment.

All these positive reviews are paid it seems. I collaborated with Wedding Cascade for my wedding ceremonies on December 2022. It is now May 2024 and I haven’t still received my wedding videos. No one picks calls. I call almost every day. They have taken away my most beautiful memories. I don’t even have received even a single clip of my ceremonies. Please don’t book them. They are fraud. I request not to ruin your day by booking them as your memory makers.

Hi Team, We booked "Wedding Cascade" for photography of my brother's wedding from your app, WedMeGood, at total amount of Rs. 90,000 where he would cover Candid Photography and Cinematography as they showed us in their sample work and we agreed upon it. And, accordingly we paid Rs.15000 via GPay on 23rd Aug 2022 as a booking amount. My brother's wedding ceremonies were on 27th Nov, 30th Nov, 1st Dec, 2nd Dec & 5th Dec 2022. On 25th Nov, Preet, Owner of Wedding Cascade, requested for Rs. 50,000 of more payment so I paid Rs. 50,000 via GPay, total I paid Rs. 65,000 out of Rs. 90,000 so far as per enclosed documents. But on 27th Nov function, he just sent normal traditional photographers and videographers who even don’t know about the candid things instead of candid photographers/cinematographers what we agreed upon and when we requested to show photos after the function just to ensure that clicked photos are same as sample photos or not that he shown then he didn't send and refused to continue for other wedding functions. Really Unprofessionalism & Unethical!!! We struggled a lot to manage other photographers at the last moment and even paid 3 times to get things done. Only coz of your listed vendor. Later, he agreed to send the 27th function's photos and refund the rest but now its been closed to 2 months, he is not responding to whatsapp messages and calls. Photos are refund are far away. When we tried with different numbers then he again gave other dates and then again disappeared. So basically it’s a BIG FRAUD/SCAM. And hence we filed a complaint (#08168024072300002) again him in Delhi police portal and offcourse will take legal action against him. So please just ensure at least credibility of the vendors before adding them to your app to avoid these scams/frauds coz at the end we, customer, are facing issue, financially or mentally. And, hence we are expecting some action from your side too.

We cannot have asked for a better photographer, and have so much gratitude and adoration of wedding cascade work. I would recommend them in heart beat. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Preet and Wedding Cascade.

Preet and his team are punctual, professional, innovative and very accommodating. The team is always on the lookout for some very natural and candid shots in addition to the typical wedding photographs. While I found them always around me whenever I required them to click something on my wedding day, when I saw the photos after my wedding, I was amazed at how much more that they had covered. They covered the event with a smile, egged me and my bride to keep smiling without being pushy. They are modern and do not really force the passe and typical indian wedding poses. I also loved the short teaser video they made – the best scenes , very beautifully captured.
